信息產業(yè)部將在年內推行“手機實名制”的消息再次引起關注。支持推行手機實名制的主要依據(jù)是：手機實名制將有助于控制目前不斷增長的手機犯罪案件。

“手機實名制”可用“real-name registration system for mobile phone
users”來表示，說白了，就是“用自己的真實姓名注冊手機用戶”。 由“real-name registration system ”（實名制），我們還可得到“blog real-name registration system
”（博客實名制）。
在日常生活中，registration（登記）可謂無處不在。生病到醫(yī)院得交registration fee（掛號費）；在某一城市小住得有household
registration card（暫住證）；打結婚證必到marriage registration department/registry
office（婚姻登記處）注冊……
