woman”（慰安婦）譯自日本語“慰安婦（いあんふ）”，是日本人對“戰(zhàn)時軍妓”的委婉說法。
直白一點，“慰安婦”實質(zhì)上是“二戰(zhàn)時日軍的性奴”，其相應(yīng)的英文表達為“sex slaves for Japanese soldiers in World
War II”。
