面試對(duì)策：薪資問題

薪資問題是個(gè)比較棘手的問題，說得多了恐怕公司不能支付、也不會(huì)雇用你，說得少了又離實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的目標(biāo)太遠(yuǎn)。因此建議各位在求職之前要好好研究一下該行業(yè)和職位的工資水平?，F(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上曬工資的人很多，你會(huì)找到你想要的數(shù)據(jù)的，以此作為談判的基礎(chǔ)，就會(huì)容易的多。
1. How much are you looking for?
對(duì)策：Answer with a question, e.g., "What
is the salary range for similar jobs in your company?" If the interviewer
doesn't answer, then give a range of what you understand you are worth in the
marketplace.
2. How much do you expect, if we offer this position to you?
對(duì)此：Be
careful; the market value of the job may be the key answer, e.g., "My
understanding is that a job like the one you're describing may be in the range
of ______."
3. What kind of salary are you worth?
對(duì)策：Have a specific figure in
mind... don't be hesitant.
