在希拉里的施政計(jì)劃中，為中產(chǎn)階級謀利益是其重頭目標(biāo)，此外，她還積極呼吁減少大學(xué)學(xué)費(fèi)和國家助學(xué)貸款利率等親民政策。

報(bào)道中的“student loan”指的就是“助學(xué)貸款”，指國家為幫助貧困完成學(xué)業(yè)而發(fā)放的低利率貸款。
此外，我們常說的“助學(xué)金”可表達(dá)為“student
grant”，在特定語境下，“student”可省去。相應(yīng)的，動(dòng)詞詞組“grant-aid”常用來指“政府給學(xué)校的公費(fèi)補(bǔ)助、自助”。
