有些自戀的人很高調(diào)，時(shí)常把自己的成就掛在嘴邊；有些人比較低調(diào)，時(shí)刻說(shuō)自己怎么不好，就算自夸也是拐著彎兒邊罵邊夸，我們管這叫humblebrag（謙虛自夸）。

Humblebrag, the combination of humble and brag, is the lowest, most despicable and loathsome form of self promotion, often delivered in one or two fragmented sentences on social networking sites. A typical and popular approach is to use a disingenuous complaint about something, a self-deprecating statement or a comment on something completely innocuous, as a vehicle to deliver the real message, which invariably shows the person in a favorable light. Humblebrag，就是humble（謙虛）和brag（吹噓、自夸）二詞的合成形式，即“謙虛自夸”，是一種最低級(jí)、最讓人鄙視、最令人厭惡的自我吹捧方式，通常以一兩個(gè)零散句子的形式出現(xiàn)在社交網(wǎng)站上。常見(jiàn)的典型“謙虛自夸”手段就是通過(guò)對(duì)某事很虛無(wú)的抱怨、自我貶低式的言論或者對(duì)某個(gè)毫無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián)事物的評(píng)論來(lái)傳遞他真正想傳達(dá)的信息，而這個(gè)信息體現(xiàn)的肯定是他好的一面。事實(shí)上，這種謙虛自夸行為說(shuō)明他們是極度需要關(guān)注、極度缺乏安全感的一群人。
