Google is once again the best company to work for in the United States, at least according to the folks at Fortune.

The magazine's list of its 100 favorite employers for 2013 placed Googleon top for the third year in a row after leaping ahead of software developer SAS in 2012. The companies are ranked based on how they treat their employees. Fortune revealed a few reasons why Google continues to be No.1.

Google's stock climbed past $1,000 in 2013 -- a boon for Googlers, all of whom are stockholders. CEO Larry Page urged them to be "audacious," especially in philanthropy. Google donates $50 for every five hours an employee volunteers. Last year a new program sent employees to Ghana and India to work on community projects.

Former top dog SAS found itself in second place, cited by Fortune for its onsite health facilities. The company's health center boasts 53 medical professionals, including three doctors, 11 nurse practitioners, a psychologist, and 3 physical therapists.

Other tech players who made the top ten include Salesforce.comat No. 7 and Intuitat No. 8. Further down the list of 100were Ultimate Software, a designer of HR and payroll software designer; Rackspace HostingQualcommand NetApp.

Among some of the best-known tech players, Ciscowas No. 55, Adobewas No. 83, IntelNo. 84, and MicrosoftNo. 86.

谷歌再一次被評選為美國最佳就業(yè)公司，至少《財富》雜志的員工是這么說的。

《財富》雜志制定了2013年最受歡迎的100家公司，谷歌位居榜首，這是谷歌自2012年超過軟件開發(fā)公司SAS以來連續(xù)第三年榜首了。該排名以公司給予員工待遇的好壞作為依據(jù)。《財富》雜志列舉了一系列谷歌持續(xù)成為最佳就業(yè)公司的原因。

2013年，谷歌股票價格超過1000美元——對于谷歌人來說，這是件好事，因為他們都是谷歌的股票持有者。首席執(zhí)行官拉里?派吉（Larry Page）敦促這些股票持有者更“大膽”些，尤其在慈善領(lǐng)域內(nèi)更加大膽。谷歌每5個小時就有員工捐贈50美元。去年谷歌新建了一套程序，并將其員工帶到加納和印度做社區(qū)活動。
