How can we resolve the risks that regional economic integration goes fragmented? How can we seek new growth momentum in the post-financial crisis era? How can we break the financing bottleneck for connectivity development?

我們應(yīng)該深入推進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，打造有利于長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的開放格局。亞太經(jīng)合組織應(yīng)該發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)和協(xié)調(diào)作用，打破種種桎梏，迎來亞太地區(qū)更大范圍、更高水平、更深層次的新一輪大開放、大交流、大融合。

We should strive for deeper regional economic integration, and create an open structure that is beneficial for long-term development. APEC should play a leadership and coordinating role, break the shackles, and unleash a new era of broader and deeper opening up, communication, and integration.

We should push for reform and innovation, search for new areas of profit and growth, and forge a strong and sustainable structure.

我們要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新發(fā)展理念，從傳統(tǒng)的要素驅(qū)動(dòng)、出口驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閯?chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、改革驅(qū)動(dòng)，通過結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整釋放內(nèi)生動(dòng)力。

We need to be creative with our development approaches, to shift from the traditional export and factor-driven economy, to one based on innovation and reform, and to project a new impetus through structural reform.

共同應(yīng)對全球性挑戰(zhàn)。在后國際金融危機(jī)時(shí)期，我們既要抓住經(jīng)濟(jì)增長這個(gè)核心加強(qiáng)宏觀政策的協(xié)調(diào)，又要妥善應(yīng)對流行性疾病、糧食安全、能源安全等全球性問題。

Together, we should face the global challenges. In the post-global-economic-crisis era, we need, on one hand, to treat economic growth as our core task, while strengthening macro policy support; and on the other hand, to properly handle global issues such as epidemic diseases, food safety, and energy security.

We need to enhance our mutual understanding by information sharing, to share the best practices through the exchange of experience, to promote collective action through communication and coordination, and to deepen regional cooperation through mutual help.

我們應(yīng)該將亞太經(jīng)合組織打造成推動(dòng)一體化的制度平臺，加強(qiáng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流的政策平臺，反對貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的開放平臺，深化經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作的發(fā)展平臺，推進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通的聯(lián)接平臺。

The APEC can be an institutional platform to promote integration, a policy platform to strengthen experience exchanges, an open platform to fight against trade protectionism, a development platform to deepen economic and technological cooperation and a connection platform to promote connectivity.
