其實(shí)，在此前的多個(gè)場(chǎng)合，習(xí)近平主席都曾經(jīng)講過(guò)家庭教育、家庭和諧及美德的重要性。

他在十九大報(bào)告中提出要深入實(shí)施公民道德建設(shè)工程：

深入實(shí)施公民道德建設(shè)工程，推進(jìn)社會(huì)公德、職業(yè)道德、家庭美德、個(gè)人品德建設(shè)，激勵(lì)人們向上向善、孝老愛(ài)親，忠于祖國(guó)、忠于人民。

2016年12月，習(xí)近平在會(huì)見(jiàn)第一屆全國(guó)文明家庭代表時(shí)，希望大家注重家庭、家教、家風(fēng)。他指出：

廣大家庭都要重言傳、重身教，教知識(shí)、育品德，身體力行、耳濡目染，幫助孩子扣好人生的第一粒扣子，邁好人生的第一個(gè)臺(tái)階。
