最近，不少APP都推出了“醫(yī)護(hù)到家”“護(hù)士到家”等服務(wù)。山東、福建等地悄然興起“共享護(hù)士”醫(yī)療模式。

With featured services like “nurse sharing”, it is said to benefit medical professionals who are often underpaid, and bypass non-urgent hospital visits for patients. This is especially the case among the aging population, those with chronic diseases and people in need of care after being discharged from the hospital.

據(jù)稱，有“共享護(hù)士”特色服務(wù)的app既能讓收入偏低的醫(yī)護(hù)人員受益，也能讓病人省去非緊急情況下跑醫(yī)院的麻煩。這種情況在老齡人口、慢性病患者以及出院需要護(hù)理的人群中尤其適用。

“共享護(hù)士（nurse sharing）”是分享經(jīng)濟(jì)（sharing economy）大潮中的一個(gè)新成員，操作方式與其他共享類服務(wù)app相似，也是線上預(yù)約（making appointment online），線下服務(wù)（offering service offline）。需要護(hù)理和服務(wù)的患者在平臺(tái)登記注冊(cè)并上傳用藥處方后根據(jù)需求下單，另一邊注冊(cè)并通過(guò)審核的護(hù)士搶單或者由系統(tǒng)派單。

“共享護(hù)士”提供的服務(wù)包括上門(mén)打針輸液（injection and IV）、靜脈采血（blood draw）、外科傷口換藥（wound dressing change）、灌腸（coloclysis）、吸痰導(dǎo)尿（aspiration of sputum and urethral catheterization）、鼻飼（nasal feeding）護(hù)理及指導(dǎo)等10多項(xiàng)。

According to census report there’re currently 222 million people who’re aged over 60 years in China, many of whom live with chronic diseases. Home-care online services such as “nursing sharing” are able to meet the needs of both patients and providers. So far, there are about 20 different such apps in China, Qilu Evening News reports.

普查報(bào)告顯示，中國(guó)目前有2.22億60歲以上人口，其中很多都患有慢性病?！肮蚕碜o(hù)士”這樣的居家在線服務(wù)能夠滿足患者和護(hù)士?jī)煞矫娴男枨蟆?jù)《齊魯晚報(bào)》報(bào)道，截至目前，中國(guó)提供類似服務(wù)的app約有20多個(gè)。

業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，目前護(hù)士上門(mén)的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺乏、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避制度尚無(wú)，對(duì)護(hù)士以及病人而言，都沒(méi)有保障。行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法律監(jiān)管亟待跟進(jìn)，保障新醫(yī)療模式健康發(fā)展。

Underlying issues such as “medical disputes between doctors and patients, one’s safety, and qualifications of providers are still yet to be addressed”, according to reports from Worker Daily News.

《工人日?qǐng)?bào)》報(bào)道稱，醫(yī)患糾紛、個(gè)人安全以及服務(wù)提供者的資質(zhì)等潛在問(wèn)題都尚待跟進(jìn)。
