7月16日，世界銀行集團(tuán)行長(zhǎng)金墉與中國(guó)財(cái)政部部長(zhǎng)樓繼偉就設(shè)立一筆5000萬(wàn)美元的信托基金助力減少貧困簽署協(xié)議。

7月16日，世界銀行與中國(guó)就設(shè)立信托基金助力減少貧困簽署協(xié)議。

“信托基金”（trust fund）也叫投資基金，是一種“利益共享、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)”的集合投資方式。這里trust指信托，如信托財(cái)產(chǎn)（trust property）、公益信托（charitable trust）。

據(jù)悉，該信托基金預(yù)計(jì)今年下半年啟動(dòng)，旨在加強(qiáng)中國(guó)與世界銀行集團(tuán)的合作，撬動(dòng)資金和知識(shí)資源（leverage financial and knowledge-based resources）來(lái)幫助發(fā)展中國(guó)家實(shí)現(xiàn)包容性和可持續(xù)發(fā)展（achieve inclusive and sustainable development）。信托基金將為全球和地區(qū)層面（at the global and regional levels）的投資項(xiàng)目（investment projects）、業(yè)務(wù)、知識(shí)開(kāi)發(fā)（knowledge development）和人力資源合作（ human-resources cooperation）提供資助。

目前，中國(guó)已是世行的第三大股東國(guó)，也是國(guó)際開(kāi)發(fā)協(xié)會(huì)（International Development Association，IDA）和全球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施基金的重要捐助國(guó)之一。
