國家醫(yī)保局近日會(huì)同財(cái)政部、人力資源社會(huì)保障部、國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于做好2018年城鄉(xiāng)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)工作的通知》。

A unified national medical insurance service, from which both urban and rural residents enjoy equal benefits, will be in place by 2019, said the state medical insurance administration.
國家醫(yī)保局表示，2019年全國范圍內(nèi)統(tǒng)一的城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)保制度將全面啟動(dòng)實(shí)施。

《通知》要求，提高城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)?；I資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2018年城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)保財(cái)政補(bǔ)助和個(gè)人繳費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)同步提高。

Each citizen receives the minimum 490 yuan from the government in his or her medical insurance account a year on average and is required to deposit 220 yuan from his or her pocket. Both figures are 40 yuan higher than 2017.
各級財(cái)政人均補(bǔ)助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在2017年基礎(chǔ)上新增40元，達(dá)到每人每年不低于490元。人均個(gè)人繳費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)同步新增40元，達(dá)到每人每年220元。

通知明確，鞏固完善異地就醫(yī)住院費(fèi)用直接結(jié)算工作（direct settlement of hospitalized expense in places away from one's hometown），妥善解決農(nóng)民工（migrant workers）和“雙創(chuàng)”人員異地就醫(yī)問題，為城鄉(xiāng)居民規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)外就醫(yī)提供方便快捷服務(wù)，減少跑腿墊資。
