國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平12日上午在人民大會(huì)堂會(huì)見(jiàn)香港澳門(mén)各界慶祝國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放40周年訪問(wèn)團(tuán)。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，在新時(shí)代國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放進(jìn)程中，香港、澳門(mén)仍然具有特殊地位和獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，仍然可以發(fā)揮不可替代的作用。希望港澳同胞繼續(xù)以真摯的愛(ài)國(guó)熱忱、敢為人先的精神投身國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放事業(yè)，順時(shí)而為，乘勢(shì)而上，在融入國(guó)家發(fā)展大局中實(shí)現(xiàn)香港、澳門(mén)更好發(fā)展，共同譜寫(xiě)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的時(shí)代篇章。

Fully recognizing the contributions made by Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and extending sincere gratitude to them, Xi said the reform and opening-up over the past four decades was a cause that Hong Kong, Macao and the mainland complemented one another on and prospered together with, while the two regions integrated their own development into the overall development of the country.
習(xí)近平向一直以來(lái)關(guān)心、支持、參與國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的港澳同胞和社會(huì)各界人士致以衷心的感謝和誠(chéng)摯的問(wèn)候。習(xí)近平指出，國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放的歷程就是香港、澳門(mén)同內(nèi)地優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、一起發(fā)展的歷程，也是香港、澳門(mén)日益融入國(guó)家發(fā)展大局、共享祖國(guó)繁榮富強(qiáng)偉大榮光的歷程。

"We should fully understand the roles that Hong Kong and Macao will play in the country's reform and opening-up in the new era, and support them in seizing opportunities and riding the momentum to foster new advantages, play new roles, achieve new development and make new contributions," he said.
我們要充分認(rèn)識(shí)和準(zhǔn)確把握香港、澳門(mén)在新時(shí)代國(guó)家改革開(kāi)放中的定位，支持香港、澳門(mén)抓住機(jī)遇、乘勢(shì)而上，培育新優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)揮新作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)新發(fā)展，作出新貢獻(xiàn)。

習(xí)近平對(duì)大家提出4點(diǎn)希望。

Xi said he hopes Hong Kong and Macao can contribute to the country's comprehensive opening-up in a more proactive manner, take the lead in attracting capital, technology and talents, and take part in national high-quality economic development and the new round of high-level opening-up.
一是更加積極主動(dòng)助力國(guó)家全面開(kāi)放。希望香港、澳門(mén)繼續(xù)帶頭并帶動(dòng)資本、技術(shù)、人才等參與國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和新一輪高水平開(kāi)放。

Xi said that Hong Kong and Macao should integrate themselves more proactively into the country's overall development while honing their abilities to foster new momentum for economic growth.
二是更加積極主動(dòng)融入國(guó)家發(fā)展大局。香港、澳門(mén)也要注意練好內(nèi)功，著力培育經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)新動(dòng)力。

Xi said that Hong Kong and Macao should participate in national governance more proactively, stressing that compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao should improve their systems and mechanisms for enforcing China's Constitution and the basic laws of the two SARs in line with the "one country, two systems" principle.
三是更加積極主動(dòng)參與國(guó)家治理實(shí)踐。港澳同胞要按照同“一國(guó)兩制”相適應(yīng)的要求，完善特別行政區(qū)同憲法和基本法實(shí)施相關(guān)的制度和機(jī)制。

Xi called on the two SARs, by taking advantage of their extensive connections with the outside world, to proactively push for more international people-to-people exchange, spread fine traditional Chinese culture and tell China's stories as well as stories related to the successful implementation of the "one country, two systems" principle.
四是更加積極主動(dòng)促進(jìn)國(guó)際人文交流。利用香港、澳門(mén)對(duì)外聯(lián)系廣泛的有利條件，傳播中華優(yōu)秀文化，講好當(dāng)代中國(guó)故事，講好“一國(guó)兩制”成功實(shí)踐的香港故事、澳門(mén)故事。

He noted that efforts should be made to create more opportunities for young people in Hong Kong and Macao and help them overcome difficulties in their studies, employment and starting up of businesses.
要為港澳青年發(fā)展多搭臺(tái)、多搭梯，幫助青年解決在學(xué)業(yè)、就業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)等方面遇到的實(shí)際困難和問(wèn)題。

While stressing that Hong Kong and Macao will have bright prospects, Xi expressed his hope that compatriots in the two SARs can work together with the mainland to open up new prospects in the "one country, two systems" cause, create a better life for themselves and strive to realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
習(xí)近平最后強(qiáng)調(diào)，希望廣大港澳同胞和社會(huì)各界人士同內(nèi)地人民一道，不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)“一國(guó)兩制”事業(yè)新局面，為創(chuàng)造港澳同胞更加美好的生活、為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)而團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗。
