應(yīng)意大利共和國(guó)總統(tǒng)馬塔雷拉、摩納哥公國(guó)元首阿爾貝二世親王和法蘭西共和國(guó)總統(tǒng)馬克龍邀請(qǐng)，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平于3月21日至26日對(duì)上述三國(guó)進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問(wèn)。

此次出訪期間，習(xí)近平主席多次強(qiáng)調(diào)，不管?chē)?guó)際形勢(shì)如何變化，中方始終視歐盟為重要戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，將中歐關(guān)系置于對(duì)外關(guān)系的重要和優(yōu)先方向。

“一帶一路”諒解備忘錄
MoU on Belt and Road

3月23日，習(xí)近平主席與意大利總理孔特在羅馬以西馬達(dá)馬莊園見(jiàn)證簽署政府間合作文件，其中就包括共同推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)的諒解備忘錄。雙方還發(fā)布了關(guān)于加強(qiáng)全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系的聯(lián)合公報(bào)。

公報(bào)指出：

The two sides welcome the signing of the intergovernmental MoU on jointly advancing the Belt and Road construction, said a joint communique issued by the two countries.
雙方歡迎簽署政府間關(guān)于共同推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)的諒解備忘錄。

The two sides realize the huge potential of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in promoting connectivity, and stand ready to strengthen the alignment of the BRI and Trans-European Transport Networks and deepen the cooperation in ports, logistics, marine transportation and other areas, the communique said.
雙方認(rèn)識(shí)到“一帶一路”倡議在促進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通方面的巨大潛力，愿加強(qiáng)“一帶一路”倡議同泛歐交通運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)（TEN－T）等的對(duì)接，深化在港口、物流和海運(yùn)領(lǐng)域的合作。

The two sides expressed willingness to join efforts under the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) to advance connectivity in line with the AIIB's mission and functions.
雙方確認(rèn)愿在亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行（AIIB）內(nèi)共同努力，推動(dòng)與亞投行宗旨與職能一致的互聯(lián)互通。

More air links can be expected as the two sides agreed to facilitate airlines from each other to do business and ease the market access for them, according to the communique.
雙方還表達(dá)了增加兩國(guó)航線聯(lián)系，為雙方航空公司開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)和進(jìn)入對(duì)方市場(chǎng)提供便利的愿望。

新時(shí)期中意全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系
China-Italy comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era

3月22日，習(xí)近平主席在羅馬同意大利總統(tǒng)馬塔雷拉舉行會(huì)談。兩國(guó)元首一致同意，從戰(zhàn)略高度和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)角度牢牢把握中意關(guān)系發(fā)展大方向，攜手推動(dòng)中意全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系在新時(shí)期得到更大發(fā)展。

Xi said that both as countries with an ancient civilization, China and Italy have profound historical relations.
習(xí)近平指出，中意都是擁有燦爛文化的文明古國(guó)。兩國(guó)關(guān)系有著深厚的歷史積淀。

He recalled that for nearly half a century, China and Italy have respected, trusted and helped each other, enhanced high-level exchanges and strategic mutual trust, facilitated communication, cooperation and convergence of interests, and deepened mutual understanding and traditional friendship.
近半個(gè)世紀(jì)來(lái)，兩國(guó)相互尊重、相互信任、相互幫助，不斷密切高層交往和戰(zhàn)略互信，增進(jìn)交流合作和利益交融，深化相互了解和傳統(tǒng)友誼。

As the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century, China is willing to carry forward the spirit of cooperation with the Italian side, strengthen strategic communication, encourage the international community to seek common ground while reserving differences and promote development through cooperation, so as to contribute new wisdom and strength to building a better world, Xi said.

A fine example of friendly exchanges

3月24日，習(xí)近平主席同摩納哥親王阿爾貝二世舉行會(huì)談。這是中國(guó)國(guó)家主席首次訪問(wèn)摩納哥。

Xi said China-Monaco relations are developing steadily, with bilateral practical cooperation keeping pace with the times and taking the lead in China-Europe cooperation in the fields of environmental protection, telecommunications and mobile payment.
習(xí)近平指出，當(dāng)前，中摩雙邊關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，務(wù)實(shí)合作與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，尤其是在環(huán)保、電信、移動(dòng)支付等新領(lǐng)域走在中歐合作前列。

Xi said China and Monaco have set a fine example of friendly exchanges between countries that are different in size and have different historical and cultural backgrounds and social systems.
中摩關(guān)系已成為不同大小、不同歷史文化、不同社會(huì)制度國(guó)家友好交往的典范。

He called on the two sides to firmly grasp the correct direction of bilateral relations, constantly consolidate traditional friendship and political mutual trust, and strengthen communication, coordination and mutual support in the United Nations and on international affairs.
