新冠肺炎疫情暴發(fā)期間，快遞、遠(yuǎn)程辦公、遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療火了。新型商業(yè)模式的蓬勃發(fā)展促使企業(yè)加快數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，以便更好地進(jìn)行公司管理和提供客戶服務(wù)，從而進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)中國(guó)數(shù)字化經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。
Delivering goods, remote working and tele-medicine have gone viral during the novel coronavirus outbreak, and the booming of new business models has stimulated enterprises to accelerate digital transformation for better company management and customer service, which further promotes the upgrading and optimization of the Chinese digital economy.

疫情防控期間，新一代信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用需求增長(zhǎng)，眾多行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域成為新技術(shù)的重要試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)，涌現(xiàn)了新模式、新業(yè)態(tài)和新成果。下一步，我國(guó)將進(jìn)一步鞏固這些創(chuàng)新成果，制定出臺(tái)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型政策，加快數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型步伐，為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展注入新動(dòng)能：一是加大數(shù)字新基建的建設(shè)力度，充分發(fā)揮5G、數(shù)據(jù)中心、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的頭雁效應(yīng)；二是加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的布局，組織實(shí)施制造業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，制定推廣新一代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵急需的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，推動(dòng)企業(yè)上云、用云，全面深化研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理、服務(wù)等環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)字化應(yīng)用，培育數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)型企業(yè)，鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)以數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型加快組織變革和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新；三是繼續(xù)打造系統(tǒng)化多層次的工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)體系，發(fā)展基于平臺(tái)的數(shù)字化管理、智能化生產(chǎn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同、個(gè)性化定制、服務(wù)化延伸等新模式，培育工業(yè)電子商務(wù)、共享經(jīng)濟(jì)、平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈金融等新的業(yè)態(tài)，打造“云”上產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，促進(jìn)大中小微企業(yè)融通發(fā)展，提升整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
