國家衛(wèi)健委、教育部日前制定《中小學(xué)校新冠肺炎疫情防控技術(shù)方案(修訂版)》(以下簡稱《方案》)。

Primary and secondary school students no longer need to wear masks on campuses in areas with a low risk of COVID-19, according to the protocols.
《方案》明確，低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)校園內(nèi)學(xué)生不需佩戴口罩。

Teachers of such schools are also allowed to go mask-free when giving class, while it is not recommended for infants and kids to wear masks in nurseries and kindergartens.
老師授課時(shí)不需戴口罩，同時(shí)，幼托機(jī)構(gòu)幼童不建議戴口罩。

Janitors, sanitation workers and canteen workers are required to wear masks.
校門值守人員、清潔人員及食堂工作人員等應(yīng)當(dāng)佩戴口罩。

在控制校內(nèi)人員密度方面《方案》要求：

Schools, where conditions allow, should ensure that students are seated at least one meter apart from each other.
有條件的學(xué)校，應(yīng)保證每名學(xué)生前后左右間距保持1米。

The protocols advised that large classes be divided up into smaller ones, or that students of large classes go to school at staggered hours.
對學(xué)生人數(shù)較多的班級可分班教學(xué)或錯(cuò)時(shí)上學(xué)。

Dormitories of boarding schools should not be located in the basement, the protocols read, adding that there should be no more than six students allocated to each dorm room.
寄宿學(xué)校的宿舍不應(yīng)位于地下室，同時(shí)，每間宿舍入住的學(xué)生不得超過6名。

出現(xiàn)疑似感染癥狀應(yīng)急處置方面，《方案》要求：

Staff and students should report their health conditions and whereabouts in the last 14 days to the school before returning to campus. Also, schools are required to urge people with symptoms, including fever, fatigue, dry cough or diarrhea, to seek medical help.
教職工及學(xué)生返校前應(yīng)報(bào)告健康狀況及過去14天的活動軌跡，同時(shí)要求有發(fā)熱、乏力、干咳或腹瀉等癥狀的人員就醫(yī)排查。

商超餐館全面開放

5月8日，國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制印發(fā)《關(guān)于做好新冠肺炎疫情常態(tài)化防控工作的指導(dǎo)意見》。

Shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and other public places will be fully reopened on the premise of implementing epidemic prevention measures, the guideline said.
指導(dǎo)意見提出，在落實(shí)防控措施前提下，全面開放商場、超市、賓館、餐館等生活場所。

Meanwhile, outdoor places including parks, scenic spots and sports venues and indoor sites such as libraries, museums and art galleries will be opened through appointments and with restrictions on visitor numbers.
采取預(yù)約、限流等方式，開放公園、旅游景點(diǎn)、運(yùn)動場所等室外場館，以及圖書館、博物館、美術(shù)館等室內(nèi)場館。

The guideline also noted that entertainment venues like movie theaters and arcades, may host meetings and exhibitions where necessary.
影劇院、游藝廳等密閉式娛樂休閑場所，可舉辦各類必要的會議、會展活動等。
