中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平近日在山西考察時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要努力克服新冠肺炎疫情帶來(lái)的不利影響，在高質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展上邁出更大步伐，確保完成決戰(zhàn)決勝脫貧攻堅(jiān)目標(biāo)任務(wù)，全面建成小康社會(huì)。
President Xi Jinping called for efforts to overcome the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 epidemic and make greater strides in high-quality transformation and development to ensure that the target of poverty eradication is reached and the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects is completed. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks during an inspection tour in north China's Shanxi province.

《意見(jiàn)》提出，到2020年，重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革取得階段性成果，能源革命總體效果不斷顯現(xiàn)，支撐資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的體制機(jī)制基本建立。到2030年，多點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐、多元優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、多極市場(chǎng)承載、內(nèi)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)充分的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系基本形成，清潔、安全、高效的現(xiàn)代能源體系基本建成，資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型任務(wù)基本完成，形成一批可復(fù)制、可推廣的制度性經(jīng)驗(yàn)，經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、人民生活水平和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力再上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。
