中共中央政治局日前召開會(huì)議，分析研究當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)，部署下半年經(jīng)濟(jì)工作。會(huì)議指出，當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)不穩(wěn)定性不確定性較大，我們遇到的很多問題是中長(zhǎng)期的，必須加快形成以國(guó)內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)相互促進(jìn)的新發(fā)展格局。

At a recent meeting held to analyze the economic situation and plan for the second half of the year, the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee said China still faces uncertain situations and problems that are likely to exist in the medium and long run, and urged the country to accelerate the establishment of a "dual circulation" development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement.

“以國(guó)內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體”，要求我們把經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的立足點(diǎn)放在國(guó)內(nèi)；“國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)相互促進(jìn)”，則要求我們加強(qiáng)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)交往，積極參與國(guó)際分工，走好開放合作之路。需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，以國(guó)內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體，絕不是關(guān)起門來封閉運(yùn)行，而是通過發(fā)揮內(nèi)需潛力，使國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)更好聯(lián)通，更好利用國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)、兩種資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)更加強(qiáng)勁可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。在世界百年未有之大變局下，這是應(yīng)對(duì)外部變化的務(wù)實(shí)選擇，也展現(xiàn)了大國(guó)的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。

In the face of an external environment characterized by rising protectionism, global economic downturn, and a shrinking international market, we need to pool resources and concentrate on managing the country's affairs well, and give full play to the advantage of a huge domestic market, so that a new development pattern will gradually be created whereby domestic and foreign markets can boost each other, with the domestic market as the mainstay.
