中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席、中央財(cái)經(jīng)委員會(huì)主任習(xí)近平9月9日主持召開中央財(cái)經(jīng)委員會(huì)第八次會(huì)議。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，要統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代流通體系建設(shè)，為新發(fā)展格局提供有力支撐。
President Xi Jinping stressed coordinated efforts to advance the construction of a modern logistics system to provide strong support for a new development pattern on Sept 9. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at the eighth meeting of the Central Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs. He is also head of the committee.

黨的十八大以來，我國流通體系建設(shè)取得明顯進(jìn)展，國家骨干流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐步健全，流通領(lǐng)域新業(yè)態(tài)新模式不斷涌現(xiàn)，全國統(tǒng)一大市場加快建設(shè)，商品和要素流通制度環(huán)境顯著改善。在抗擊新冠肺炎疫情過程中，流通業(yè)發(fā)揮了重要作用。同時(shí)，我國流通體系現(xiàn)代化程度仍然不高，還存在不少堵點(diǎn)亟待打通。要認(rèn)真研究應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，加快建立儲(chǔ)備充足、反應(yīng)迅速、抗沖擊能力強(qiáng)的應(yīng)急物流體系。

Coordinated efforts are needed to advance the building of hard and soft infrastructures for modern logistics system, develop new logistics technologies and business forms, improve industry regulations and standards, and nurture modern logistics companies with global competitiveness, so as to provide strong support for the new development pattern in which domestic and foreign markets boost each other, with the domestic market as the mainstay.
