在9月23日召開的國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上，教育部副部長(zhǎng)鄭富芝介紹了輟學(xué)學(xué)生減少情況和義務(wù)教育入學(xué)率情況。

The total number of dropouts in China's nine-year compulsory education decreased from 600,000 last year to 2,419 as of Sept 15, and the number of dropouts from registered impoverished families has been reduced to zero, down from 200,000 last year, Zheng said.
鄭富芝介紹，截至今年9月15日，全國(guó)義務(wù)教育階段輟學(xué)學(xué)生由60萬人降至2419人，其中建檔立卡貧困家庭輟學(xué)學(xué)生由20萬人降至0人。

The country offered 212.6 billion yuan ($31.3 billion) in financial aid to 106 million students in all levels of education last year, an increase of almost 90 percent from 2012, according to the ministry.

如何保障勸返回來的學(xué)生不再輟學(xué)？

Special arrangements have been made for dropouts who have returned to schools to prevent them from dropping out again, such as offering psychological counseling, grouping them into separate classes and providing vocational training for older students, Zheng said.
為了避免勸返回來的學(xué)生再輟學(xué)，教育部門采取了一些特殊的舉措，比如，安排心理咨詢，單獨(dú)編班，對(duì)年齡較大的學(xué)生提供職業(yè)培訓(xùn)等。
