近日，國家衛(wèi)健委、國家醫(yī)保局、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關于深入推進“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療健康”“五個一”服務行動的通知》。

All regional authorities should implement regulations and mechanism for mutual recognition of health codes in order to facilitate travel and cross-provincial mobility and achieve universal recognition of health codes nationwide, stressed the circular.
通知要求，各地要落實“健康碼”信息互認機制和規(guī)則，切實方便人員出行和跨省流動，實現(xiàn)防疫“健康碼”全國互認。

Recognition這個詞我們并不陌生，它是動詞recognize的名詞形式，本意是“認識”，比如，When he returned to his home town after the war, he found it had changed out of all recognition.（戰(zhàn)后他回到家鄉(xiāng)，那里已經(jīng)變得面目全非，他都認不出來了），這個例句中的out of all recognition也可以寫作beyond all recognition，都表示“與之前的認知差別太大，認出不來”的意思。
