外交部領(lǐng)事司表示，3月8日，中國(guó)版“國(guó)際旅行健康證明”微信小程序已正式上線。健康證明有紙質(zhì)版和電子版兩種形式，展示持有人的核酸、血清IgG抗體檢測(cè)結(jié)果及疫苗接種情況等。
A Chinese version of the health certificate for international travelers was launched March 8 on the WeChat mini program for Chinese citizens, the Foreign Ministry's Department of Consular Affairs said in a statement. The certificate will be available in two formats, digital and in paper, with the certificate-holder's NAT and IgG antibody test results and vaccination status on record, according to the statement.

國(guó)際旅行健康證明將有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)健康碼的跨國(guó)查驗(yàn)，助力國(guó)際間人員的安全有序流動(dòng)。出國(guó)旅行前，旅客提前在中國(guó)境內(nèi)完成新冠病毒核酸檢測(cè)、疫苗接種等防疫措施，取得國(guó)際旅行健康證明。到達(dá)目的地國(guó)家后，國(guó)際旅行健康證明將方便當(dāng)?shù)卣轵?yàn)，從而使旅客可以按照目的地國(guó)的有關(guān)規(guī)定，享受相應(yīng)的旅行便利。
目前，中方積極推進(jìn)健康碼國(guó)際互認(rèn)工作，已通過外交渠道向各國(guó)提供具體設(shè)想、技術(shù)方案和二維碼識(shí)讀驗(yàn)真所需的電子公鑰，并將與相關(guān)國(guó)家保持溝通，積極推動(dòng)互認(rèn)商談。

要加強(qiáng)政策、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)接，搭建“快捷通道”，便利人員有序往來。中方提出建立基于核酸檢測(cè)結(jié)果、以國(guó)際通行二維碼為形式的健康碼國(guó)際互認(rèn)機(jī)制，希望更多國(guó)家參與。
We need to further harmonize policies and standards and establish “fast tracks” to facilitate the orderly flow of personnel. China has proposed a global mechanism on the mutual recognition of health certificates based on nucleic acid test results in the form of internationally accepted QR codes. We hope more countries will join this mechanism.
