3月16日起，北京市一系列防控措施優(yōu)化，方便市民生產(chǎn)生活。

Beijing will relax COVID-19 restrictions starting Tuesday as the Chinese capital has seen no new locally transmitted cases for over a month, the municipal government said Monday.
北京市政府3月15日表示，北京市已經(jīng)一個(gè)月沒(méi)有新增本土病例，自3月16日起，疫情防控措施將有所放松。

具體措施包括：

Those from domestic low-risk areas do not have to provide negative nucleic acid test result while arriving in Beijing;
國(guó)內(nèi)低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)人員進(jìn)京不再查驗(yàn)核酸陰性證明；

Taxi and online car-hailing services between Beijing and other cities will resume;
恢復(fù)進(jìn)出北京跨城出租車(chē)、網(wǎng)約車(chē)等業(yè)務(wù)；

Temperature checks will also be unnecessary at community and village entrances;
小區(qū)（村）卡口不再要求測(cè)溫；

Indoor and outdoor cultural and entertainment venues such as parks, scenic spots, libraries, museums and theaters will be allowed to receive visitors up to 75 percent of capacity;
全市公園、景區(qū)、圖書(shū)館、博物館、影劇院等室內(nèi)外文化娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所按75%限流開(kāi)放；

Sales promotion activities will also be allowed;
允許組織開(kāi)展促消費(fèi)活動(dòng)；

With regular epidemic prevention measures in place, sports events with less than 1,000 participants and conferences with less than 500 participants will be allowed in the city. Events with higher numbers of people expected to attend need to receive approval from local governments in advance.
做好常態(tài)化防控措施的前提下，可舉辦500人以下的會(huì)議和1000人以下的體育賽事；舉辦500人以上會(huì)議、1000人以上規(guī)模體育賽事活動(dòng)，須經(jīng)屬地政府批準(zhǔn)。

同時(shí)，文化和旅游部最近下發(fā)通知指出，疫情低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)，對(duì)文化娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所接待消費(fèi)者人數(shù)比例不再做統(tǒng)一限制。

Local authorities in low-risk areas now have the autonomy to decide on attendance cap at cultural and entertainment venues based on local COVID-19 conditions, according to the circular.
疫情低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)政府根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)匾咔榉揽匦蝿?shì)自行掌握文化娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所接待消費(fèi)者人數(shù)比例。
