中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平近日對職業(yè)教育工作作出重要指示，強調加快構建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系，培養(yǎng)更多高素質技術技能人才、能工巧匠、大國工匠。
President Xi Jinping has called for efforts to speed up the development of the modern vocational education system and cultivate more high-quality technical professionals and consummate craftsmen. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in an instruction toward improving the country's vocational education.

職業(yè)教育，是國民教育體系和人力資源開發(fā)的重要組成部分。黨的十八大以來，特別是《國家職業(yè)教育改革實施方案》（以下簡稱“職教20條”）頒布以來，我國職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展走上提質培優(yōu)、增值賦能的快車道?！奥毥?0條”開宗明義指出，“職業(yè)教育與普通教育是兩種不同教育類型，具有同等重要地位”。“職教20條”還提出，開展本科層次職業(yè)教育試點。
2021年，教育部印發(fā)《職業(yè)教育專業(yè)目錄（2021年）》，其中設置了247個高職本科專業(yè)，并印發(fā)《本科層次職業(yè)教育專業(yè)設置管理辦法（試行）》，正式建立本科層次職業(yè)教育專業(yè)設置管理的國家制度。
今年3月24日召開的國務院常務會議通過了《中華人民共和國職業(yè)教育法（修訂草案）》，對產教融合和校企合作、支持社會力量舉辦職業(yè)學校、促進職業(yè)教育與普通教育學業(yè)成果融通互認等作了規(guī)定。
“十四五”期間，我國將加快構建高質量職業(yè)教育體系，建設技能型社會，推動職業(yè)教育高質量發(fā)展。

要堅持黨的領導，堅持正確辦學方向，堅持立德樹人，優(yōu)化職業(yè)教育類型定位，深化產教融合、校企合作，深入推進育人方式、辦學模式、管理體制、保障機制改革，穩(wěn)步發(fā)展職業(yè)本科教育，建設一批高水平職業(yè)院校和專業(yè)，推動職普融通，增強職業(yè)教育適應性。
It is important to adhere to the Party's leadership, follow the correct path of running schools, persist in fostering virtues through education and refine the orientation of vocational education. We should deepen the integration of vocational education with industries, promote cooperation between colleges and businesses and move forward with reform in training and schooling models, as well as management and support mechanisms. Steady progress should be made in developing undergraduate programs for vocational education, building a group of top-notch vocational institutions and programs, promoting the integration between vocational and general education and making vocational education more adaptive.
