國家發(fā)展改革委日前發(fā)布了《關(guān)于“十四五”時(shí)期深化價(jià)格機(jī)制改革行動(dòng)方案的通知》。通知指出，到2025年，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性領(lǐng)域和環(huán)節(jié)價(jià)格主要由市場(chǎng)決定，能源資源價(jià)格形成機(jī)制進(jìn)一步完善，重要民生商品價(jià)格調(diào)控機(jī)制更加健全。
The National Development and Reform Commission has issued a guideline on strengthening the reform of its price mechanism to bring it in line with China's high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) period. By 2025, prices in competitive areas of business will be mainly determined by the market. The price mechanism for energy and natural resources will be further improved, and the price-control mechanism for commodities important for people's livelihoods will be improved, according to the guideline.

《關(guān)于“十四五”時(shí)期深化價(jià)格機(jī)制改革行動(dòng)方案的通知》明確，“十四五”時(shí)期深化價(jià)格機(jī)制改革，重點(diǎn)圍繞助力“碳達(dá)峰、碳中和”目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)，促進(jìn)資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護(hù)，提升公共服務(wù)供給質(zhì)量，更好保障和改善民生，深入推進(jìn)價(jià)格改革，完善價(jià)格調(diào)控機(jī)制，提升價(jià)格治理能力?！笆奈濉逼陂g，在助力“碳達(dá)峰、碳中和”目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)方面，我國將深化能源價(jià)格改革；在重要民生商品保供穩(wěn)價(jià)工作方面，我國將著力補(bǔ)短板、強(qiáng)弱項(xiàng)，構(gòu)建起重要民生商品保供穩(wěn)價(jià)的“四梁八柱”；在水資源價(jià)格改革方面，我國將提高污水處理收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并建立動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制；此外，我國還將加快推進(jìn)教育、養(yǎng)老、景區(qū)、城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等公共服務(wù)價(jià)格改革。
