中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平7月6日在北京以視頻連線方式出席中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與世界政黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會(huì)并發(fā)表主旨講話，強(qiáng)調(diào)政黨要擔(dān)負(fù)起促進(jìn)發(fā)展的歷史責(zé)任，讓發(fā)展成果惠及各國(guó)人民，提升全球發(fā)展的公平性、有效性、協(xié)同性。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, called on the world's political parties to shoulder their historical responsibility to promote development with results shared by people of all countries and improve the fairness, efficiency and coordination of global development. Xi, also Chinese president, made the remarks while delivering the keynote speech in Beijing at the CPC and World Political Parties Summit via video link on July 6.

此次峰會(huì)主題是“為人民謀幸福：政黨的責(zé)任”。

來(lái)自160多個(gè)國(guó)家的500多個(gè)政黨和政治組織的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、逾萬(wàn)名政黨和各界代表出席會(huì)議。100多個(gè)國(guó)家的政黨在本國(guó)共設(shè)置了近200個(gè)集體會(huì)場(chǎng)，組織本黨代表集體參加此次峰會(huì)。上海、陜西延安、廣東深圳、福建寧德、浙江安吉等地設(shè)置了國(guó)內(nèi)分會(huì)場(chǎng)，地方部分黨員干部同步收看峰會(huì)盛況。峰會(huì)發(fā)表共同倡議，表達(dá)與會(huì)政黨維護(hù)世界和平發(fā)展、增進(jìn)人民福祉的共同愿望。

此次會(huì)議是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在成立100周年之際舉辦的重要多邊外交活動(dòng)，旨在同世界各國(guó)政黨加強(qiáng)治國(guó)理政經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流互鑒，共同應(yīng)對(duì)世界百年變局和世紀(jì)疫情帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)，增強(qiáng)為人民謀幸福的理念和能力，促進(jìn)世界和平與發(fā)展，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體。

在人類追求幸福的道路上，一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)民族都不能少。世界上所有國(guó)家、所有民族都應(yīng)該享有平等的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)和權(quán)利。我們要直面貧富差距、發(fā)展鴻溝等重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題，關(guān)注欠發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)，關(guān)愛貧困民眾。

On the road to the well-being of all mankind, no country or nation should be left behind. All countries and nations are equally entitled to development opportunities and rights to development. Political parties should face squarely up to major problems such as wealth gap and development divide, with particular attention and care given to underdeveloped countries and regions and impoverished people.

我們要擔(dān)負(fù)起加強(qiáng)合作的責(zé)任，攜手應(yīng)對(duì)全球性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)仍在肆虐的新冠肺炎疫情，我們要倡導(dǎo)團(tuán)結(jié)合作，彌合“免疫鴻溝”，反對(duì)將疫情政治化、病毒標(biāo)簽化，共同推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類衛(wèi)生健康共同體。

World's political parties should strengthen international cooperation to cope with the global risks and challenges. Facing a COVID-19 pandemic that is still surging globally, countries should intensify solidarity and cooperation to narrow the vaccine gap, oppose politicizing the disease and jointly advance the building of a global community of health for all.
