中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平8月30日主持召開中央全面深化改革委員會(huì)第二十一次會(huì)議，強(qiáng)調(diào)要加強(qiáng)反壟斷反不正當(dāng)競爭監(jiān)管力度，完善物資儲(chǔ)備體制機(jī)制，深入打好污染防治攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)。會(huì)議指出，要完善反壟斷體制機(jī)制，充實(shí)反壟斷監(jiān)管力量。
President Xi Jinping on August 30 stressed efforts to strengthen anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition regulations, improve the country's reserve system and fight against pollution. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks while presiding over the 21st meeting of the central committee for deepening overall reform. The anti-monopoly mechanism should be improved and the anti-monopoly supervision force should be strengthened, the meeting said.

黨的十八大以來，我們圍繞反壟斷、反不正當(dāng)競爭，作出一系列重大決策部署，完善公平競爭制度，改革市場監(jiān)管體制，加強(qiáng)反壟斷監(jiān)管，推進(jìn)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)市場體系建設(shè)，推動(dòng)形成統(tǒng)一開放、競爭有序的市場體系。針對(duì)一些平臺(tái)企業(yè)存在野蠻生長、無序擴(kuò)張等突出問題，我們加大反壟斷監(jiān)管力度，依法查處有關(guān)平臺(tái)企業(yè)壟斷和不正當(dāng)競爭行為，防止資本無序擴(kuò)張初見成效，市場公平競爭秩序穩(wěn)步向好。
