12月7日，國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機制綜合組公布《關(guān)于進一步優(yōu)化落實新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的通知》，提出十個方面進一步的優(yōu)化要求?！靶率畻l”明確，具備居家隔離條件的無癥狀感染者和輕型病例可居家隔離，也可自愿選擇集中隔離收治。

China released a circular on further optimizing the COVID-19 response on Wednesday, announcing 10 prevention and control measures. If their home conditions allow, asymptomatic carriers and those with mild symptoms can undergo home quarantine. They can also voluntarily opt to stay in centralized quarantine facilities, according to the circular issued by the State Council joint prevention and control mechanism against COVID-19.

近三年來，我國先后印發(fā)九版防控方案和診療方案，出臺二十條優(yōu)化措施和進一步的優(yōu)化措施，以戰(zhàn)略的穩(wěn)定性、措施的靈活性有效應(yīng)對了疫情形勢的不確定性。近三年來，我國擁有了有效的診療技術(shù)和藥物，醫(yī)療救治、病原檢測、流行病學調(diào)查等能力持續(xù)提升，疫苗研發(fā)和接種取得積極進展，全人群疫苗完全接種率超過90%，群眾的健康意識和健康素養(yǎng)明顯提升。

此次“新十條”措施的公布，是疫情防控政策朝著更加精準、更加科學的方向邁出的重要一步。這些措施對群眾關(guān)心的核酸檢測，陽性感染者、密切接觸者管理，高風險區(qū)劃定封控，老年人疫苗接種和群眾就醫(yī)用藥保障，以及學校疫情防控和涉疫安全保障等防控工作作出進一步優(yōu)化。

關(guān)于隔離方式，“新十條”明確，感染者要科學分類收治，具備居家隔離條件的無癥狀感染者和輕型病例一般采取居家隔離，也可自愿選擇集中隔離收治。居家隔離期間加強健康監(jiān)測，隔離第6、7天連續(xù)2次核酸檢測Ct值≥35解除隔離，病情加重的及時轉(zhuǎn)定點醫(yī)院治療。具備居家隔離條件的密切接觸者采取5天居家隔離，也可自愿選擇集中隔離，第5天核酸檢測陰性后解除隔離。
