昆明-蒙特利爾全球生物多樣性框架 Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework

《生物多樣性公約》第十五次締約方大會(huì)（COP15）第二階段會(huì)議12月19日凌晨通過(guò)“昆明-蒙特利爾全球生物多樣性框架”。COP15主題為“生態(tài)文明：共建地球生命共同體”，包含兩個(gè)階段會(huì)議，中國(guó)擔(dān)任主席國(guó)。第一階段會(huì)議2021年在中國(guó)昆明成功舉行；第二階段會(huì)議于加拿大蒙特利爾召開(kāi)。

A United Nations (UN) biodiversity deal, entitled Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, has been adopted early Monday at the UN biodiversity conference, COP15. China holds the presidency of COP15, formally known as the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. It held the phase-one meeting in Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province, in 2021. The second phase of COP15 in Montreal, Canada, continued the theme of "Ecological Civilization: Building a Shared Future for All Life on Earth."

首屆中國(guó)－阿拉伯國(guó)家峰會(huì)first China-Arab States Summit

當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間12月9日下午，首屆中國(guó)－阿拉伯國(guó)家峰會(huì)在沙特首都利雅得阿卜杜勒阿齊茲國(guó)王國(guó)際會(huì)議中心舉行。峰會(huì)發(fā)表的《首屆中阿峰會(huì)利雅得宣言》稱，中國(guó)和阿拉伯國(guó)家聯(lián)盟成員國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人一致希望為中阿戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系開(kāi)辟更廣闊前景。

The first China-Arab States Summit took place in the afternoon of Dec 9 at King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center in Saudi capital Riyadh. In a declaration issued following the summit, leaders of China and the member states of the Arab League said they hope to open up broader prospects for the China-Arab strategic partnership.

China's Shenzhou-15 manned spaceship, launched on Tuesday night, conducted a fast automated rendezvous and docked with the front port of the space station's Tianhe module at 5:42 a.m. Wednesday (Beijing Time). The three astronauts aboard China's Shenzhou-15 spaceship entered the country's space station and met with another astronaut trio at 7:33 a.m. (Beijing Time), according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA).

6月12日至17日在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦舉行的世界貿(mào)易組織第12屆部長(zhǎng)級(jí)會(huì)議就新冠疫苗知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)豁免達(dá)成部長(zhǎng)決定。商務(wù)部稱，在會(huì)議談判的關(guān)鍵階段，作為新冠疫苗生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)大國(guó)，中國(guó)主動(dòng)宣布不尋求享受豁免決定所提供的靈活性，彰顯了大國(guó)擔(dān)當(dāng)。

A major decision on the waiver of intellectual property rights for COVID-19 vaccines was made at the World Trade Organization's Ministerial Conference Twelfth Session (MC12) from June 12 to 17 in Geneva, Switzerland. At a pivotal stage of MC12 negotiations, China, as a major producer and a supplier of COVID-19 vaccines, announced that it will forego the flexibility of the Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights waiver on COVID-19 vaccines, which shows China's sense of responsibility as a major country, an official with the Ministry of Commerce said.
