2月7日，一列搭載19個冷鏈集裝箱、286噸新鮮蔬菜的中老鐵路國際貨物列車從昆明王家營西集裝箱中心站駛出，預(yù)計55小時后到達(dá)泰國曼谷。這標(biāo)志著“中老泰”全程鐵路運輸往返班列成功首發(fā)。

A freight train loaded with 19 cold-chain containers packed with about 280 tonnes of fresh vegetables left Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province, on Tuesday.This was the first "China-Laos-Thailand" round-trip freight train. The train was scheduled to arrive in the Thai capital of Bangkok in 55 hours.

“中老泰”全程鐵路運輸往返班列由中老鐵路“瀾湄快線”國際貨物列車從昆明運到老撾萬象南站進(jìn)行換裝，再經(jīng)泰國米軌鐵路運抵曼谷，較以往的鐵路加公路分段運輸模式縮短約1天時間，運輸成本降低20%以上。班列返程時將裝運泰國龍眼、榴蓮等應(yīng)季水果，實現(xiàn)班列重去重回。

據(jù)介紹，“中老泰”全程鐵路運輸往返班列正致力于打造出一個集清關(guān)報關(guān)、冷鏈運輸、物流保障、供應(yīng)鏈、金融服務(wù)等一體的鐵路運輸全鏈服務(wù)項目，今后將為中國與東南亞國家之間提供一個高效、穩(wěn)定、便捷、低成本的鐵路物流服務(wù)。這必將為中國與東盟國家之間經(jīng)貿(mào)合作注入發(fā)展新動能。

我們要全面發(fā)揮《區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》的作用，盡早啟動中國東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)3.0版建設(shè)，提升貿(mào)易和投資自由化便利化水平，拓展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)等新領(lǐng)域合作，共建經(jīng)貿(mào)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展示范園區(qū)。中國擁有巨大國內(nèi)市場，將始終向東盟國家開放，愿進(jìn)口更多東盟國家優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，包括在未來5年力爭從東盟進(jìn)口1500億美元農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。要高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，同東盟提出的印太展望開展合作。中方愿進(jìn)一步打造“一帶一路”國際產(chǎn)能合作高質(zhì)量發(fā)展示范區(qū)，歡迎東盟國家參與共建國際陸海貿(mào)易新通道。

We need to fully harness the role of the RCEP, begin work toward a new round of upgrade of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area at an early date, and enhance the level of trade and investment liberalization and facilitation. We need to expand cooperation in new areas like digital and green economy and build joint demonstration zones for economic innovative development. China has a vast domestic market that will always be open to ASEAN countries. China is ready to import more quality products from ASEAN countries, including buying up to US$150 billion worth of agricultural products from ASEAN in the next five years. We seek high-quality Belt and Road cooperation with ASEAN and cooperation between the Belt and Road Initiative and the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific. China will continue to develop demonstration zones for high-quality Belt and Road international industrial capacity cooperation, and welcomes ASEAN countries’ participation in the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
