最高人民法院工作報(bào)告3月7日提請(qǐng)十四屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議審議。報(bào)告指出，過(guò)去五年，智慧法院建設(shè)取得重大進(jìn)展。智慧法院經(jīng)受住世紀(jì)疫情大考，新冠疫情防控以來(lái)全國(guó)法院網(wǎng)上立案2996萬(wàn)件、開庭504萬(wàn)場(chǎng)。

Chinese courts have made notable progress in building "intelligent courts" over the past five years, a Supreme People's Court report said Tuesday. Chinese courts have stood up to the impacts of COVID-19. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, nearly 30 million litigation cases have been filed via a nationwide online platform and 5.04 million hearings been held via video links, according to the report, submitted to the ongoing session of the 14th National People's Congress for deliberation.

3月7日下午，十四屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議在北京人民大會(huì)堂舉行第二次全體會(huì)議，最高人民法院院長(zhǎng)周強(qiáng)向大會(huì)作最高人民法院工作報(bào)告。報(bào)告指出，過(guò)去五年，全面推進(jìn)智慧服務(wù)、智慧審判、智慧執(zhí)行、智慧管理，建成全業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)上辦理、全流程依法公開、全方位智能服務(wù)的智慧法院。智慧法院經(jīng)受住世紀(jì)疫情大考，新冠疫情防控以來(lái)全國(guó)法院網(wǎng)上立案2996萬(wàn)件、開庭504萬(wàn)場(chǎng)、證據(jù)交換819萬(wàn)件次、異地執(zhí)行593萬(wàn)件次、接訪15萬(wàn)件次，實(shí)現(xiàn)“審判執(zhí)行不停擺、公平正義不止步”。廣泛應(yīng)用類案識(shí)別推送、智能合約執(zhí)行等技術(shù)，為審判執(zhí)行工作賦能增效。建成全球最大的司法審判信息資源庫(kù)，圍繞社會(huì)治理熱點(diǎn)形成1317份司法大數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告。智慧法院成為中國(guó)司法在國(guó)際上的鮮明亮色。

These efforts have opened new ground for advancing the rule of law in China.
