羊易地熱電站是我國海拔最高的地熱電站，從2018年投運至今，累計發(fā)電突破5億千瓦時。它地處西藏自治區(qū)拉薩市當雄縣，是我國目前唯一商業(yè)化運營的地熱電站。

China's highest geothermal power station in terms of elevation, located in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has generated more than 500 million kWh of electricity since it was put into operation in 2018. Yangyi geothermal power station in Damxung County, in the regional capital of Lhasa, is China's only geothermal power station under commercial operation.

羊易地熱電站是我國海拔最高的地熱電站，從2018年9月29日投運至今，累計運行小時數(shù)達3.5萬小時，累計發(fā)電突破5億千瓦時。地熱能是一種儲量豐富、分布較廣、穩(wěn)定可靠的可再生清潔能源，在我國以西藏蘊含量最為豐富。

羊易地熱電站，采用新技術，通過“只取熱不取水”模式，讓發(fā)電尾水實現(xiàn)100%回灌循環(huán)再利用。根據(jù)測算，這座地熱電站每年實現(xiàn)減排二氧化碳42萬噸、氮氧化合物6200噸、二氧化硫1.2萬噸，節(jié)省標煤11.6萬噸。

目前，羊易地熱電站二期16兆瓦項目已進入可研報告編制階段，計劃投資4.8億元，并規(guī)劃在取暖、蔬菜溫室、醫(yī)療和康養(yǎng)方面展開應用。

Reaching peak carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality will mean a broad and profound systemic socio-economic transformation. Based on China’s energy and resource endowment, we will advance initiatives to reach peak carbon emissions in a well-planned and phased way in line with the principle of building the new before discarding the old. We will exercise better control over the amount and intensity of energy consumption, particularly of fossil fuels, and transition gradually toward controlling both the amount and intensity of carbon emissions.We will promote clean, low-carbon, and high-efficiency energy use and push forward the clean and low-carbon transition in industry, construction, transportation, and other sectors.

中國已建成全球規(guī)模最大的碳市場和清潔發(fā)電體系，可再生能源裝機容量超10億千瓦，1億千瓦大型風電光伏基地已有序開工建設。實現(xiàn)碳達峰碳中和，不可能畢其功于一役。中國將破立并舉、穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，在推進新能源可靠替代過程中逐步有序減少傳統(tǒng)能源，確保經(jīng)濟社會平穩(wěn)發(fā)展。

China now has the world's biggest carbon market and biggest clean power generation system: the installed capacity of renewable energy has exceeded one billion kilowatts, and the construction of wind and photovoltaic power stations with a total installed capacity of 100 million kilowatts is well under way. Carbon peak and carbon neutrality cannot be realized overnight. Through solid and steady steps, China will pursue an orderly phase-down of traditional energy in the course of finding reliable substitution in new energy. This approach, which combines phasing out the old and bringing in the new, will ensure steady economic and social development.
