水利部6月20日表示，大力推進(jìn)數(shù)字孿生水利建設(shè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)報(bào)、預(yù)警、預(yù)演、預(yù)案功能。

China will accelerate the development of a "digital twin" system for water resources management , according to the Ministry of Water Resources. The ministry will strive to advance the construction of the digital twin system and build it into one with the capabilities to make forecasts, issue early warnings, conduct simulations and draft contingency plans.

數(shù)字孿生也稱數(shù)字映射、數(shù)字鏡像，其顯著特征是對(duì)實(shí)體對(duì)象的動(dòng)態(tài)仿真。水利部20日在黃河小浪底水利樞紐召開(kāi)的數(shù)字孿生水利建設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)會(huì)上介紹稱，水利部在五個(gè)方面大力推進(jìn)數(shù)字孿生水利建設(shè)：

——大力推進(jìn)數(shù)字孿生流域建設(shè)。錨定全面支撐流域統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)一治理、統(tǒng)一調(diào)度、統(tǒng)一管理的目標(biāo)，豐富算據(jù)、優(yōu)化算法、提升算力，加快實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物理流域全要素和水利治理管理全過(guò)程的數(shù)字化映射、智能化模擬、前瞻性預(yù)演。

——大力推進(jìn)數(shù)字孿生水網(wǎng)建設(shè)。錨定構(gòu)建“系統(tǒng)完備、安全可靠，集約高效、綠色智能，循環(huán)通暢、調(diào)控有序”國(guó)家水網(wǎng)的目標(biāo)，圍繞確保工程安全、供水安全、水質(zhì)安全，推進(jìn)數(shù)字孿生水網(wǎng)與物理水網(wǎng)的同步建設(shè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)與物理水網(wǎng)同步仿真運(yùn)行、虛實(shí)交互、迭代優(yōu)化。

——大力推進(jìn)數(shù)字孿生工程建設(shè)。錨定保障水利工程安全、效益充分發(fā)揮的目標(biāo)，加快推進(jìn)建筑信息模型技術(shù)在水利工程全生命周期運(yùn)用，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物理水利工程的在線監(jiān)測(cè)、方案預(yù)演、問(wèn)題發(fā)現(xiàn)、優(yōu)化調(diào)度、安全保障。

——大力推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用體系建設(shè)。以業(yè)務(wù)需求為牽引，耦合鏈接數(shù)字孿生流域、數(shù)字孿生水網(wǎng)、數(shù)字孿生工程，持續(xù)迭代優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)模塊，提升水利業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)警預(yù)演預(yù)案能力。

——大力推進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全工程建設(shè)。加強(qiáng)水利網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全態(tài)勢(shì)感知、監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、事件處置，強(qiáng)化重要數(shù)據(jù)安全監(jiān)管，確保水利網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和數(shù)據(jù)安全。

統(tǒng)籌水資源、水環(huán)境、水生態(tài)治理，推動(dòng)重要江河湖庫(kù)生態(tài)保護(hù)治理，基本消除城市黑臭水體。

We will make concerted efforts to improve aquatic environments, water resources, and aquatic ecosystems, strengthen ecological conservation of major rivers, lakes, and reservoirs, and generally eliminate black, malodorous water bodies in cities.
