2023中國(guó)—東盟可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新合作國(guó)際論壇（以下簡(jiǎn)稱論壇）日前在廣西桂林成功落幕。為期三天的會(huì)議吸引了來自中國(guó)、東盟國(guó)家和有關(guān)國(guó)際組織的特邀嘉賓、商界人士和專家學(xué)者齊聚一堂。

The 2023 China-ASEAN International Forum on Innovation and Cooperation for Sustainable Development concluded Saturday in the tourist city of Guilin, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The three-day forum attracted participants from China and ASEAN member states, as well as representatives from international organizations, enterprises and research institutions.

7月14日，2023中國(guó)—東盟可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新合作國(guó)際論壇在廣西桂林開幕。本屆論壇由科技部和自治區(qū)人民政府主辦，以“生產(chǎn)生活生態(tài) 宜業(yè)宜居宜游”為主題。本屆論壇是東博會(huì)框架下舉辦的重要高層論壇，也是今年東博會(huì)的重要活動(dòng)之一。論壇的舉辦對(duì)搭建可持續(xù)發(fā)展國(guó)際化平臺(tái)，深化與東盟各國(guó)和“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家交流合作，匯聚全球智慧力量支持桂林世界級(jí)旅游城市和創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)建設(shè)，推動(dòng)廣西在服務(wù)和融入新發(fā)展格局上取得更大突破，具有重要意義。

據(jù)悉，為落實(shí)《聯(lián)合國(guó)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程》的目標(biāo)，我國(guó)已批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)包括桂林在內(nèi)的11個(gè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)，主題涵蓋景觀資源可持續(xù)利用、資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型、鄉(xiāng)村振興等，對(duì)東盟乃至世界同類地區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有重要的示范意義。

【重要講話】

人與自然和諧共生是實(shí)現(xiàn)永續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。中方愿同東盟開展應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化對(duì)話，加強(qiáng)政策溝通和經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享，對(duì)接可持續(xù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。要共同推動(dòng)區(qū)域能源轉(zhuǎn)型，探討建立清潔能源合作中心，加強(qiáng)可再生能源技術(shù)分享。要加強(qiáng)綠色金融和綠色投資合作，為地區(qū)低碳可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供支撐。中方愿發(fā)起中國(guó)東盟農(nóng)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，提高各國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的韌性和可持續(xù)性。要增強(qiáng)中國(guó)－東盟國(guó)家海洋科技聯(lián)合研發(fā)中心活力，構(gòu)建藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系，促進(jìn)海洋可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Harmony with Nature is the basis for humanity’s sustained development. China is ready to open a dialogue with ASEAN on climate response, increase policy communication and experience sharing, and synergize our plans for sustainable development. We may jointly promote a regional energy transition, discuss establishment of a China-ASEAN clean energy cooperation center, and enhance technology sharing in renewable energies. We may intensify cooperation on green finance and investment to support regional low-carbon and sustainable development. China is ready to launch the Action Plan on China-ASEAN Green Agriculture to make our countries’ agricultural sector more resilient and sustainable. We may also energize the China-ASEAN Countries Joint Research and Development Center of Marine Science and Technology, build the Partnership on Blue Economy, and promote marine sustainable development.
