針對近期京津冀地區(qū)暴雨洪澇災害，財政部、應急管理部8月1日緊急預撥1.1億元，支持京津冀地區(qū)做好防汛救災工作。

受臺風“杜蘇芮”北上影響，7月29日至8月1日，華北、黃淮等地出現(xiàn)極端降雨過程，海河發(fā)生流域性較大洪水，子牙河、大清河、永定河先后發(fā)生編號洪水，河北多地、北京西南部地區(qū)洪澇地質災害嚴重，造成重大人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失。

8月1日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平對防汛救災工作作出重要指示，要求各地要全力搜救失聯(lián)、被困人員，做好受傷人員救治和遇難者家屬安撫工作，盡最大限度減少人員傷亡。要妥善安置受災群眾，抓緊修復交通、通訊、電力等受損基礎設施，盡快恢復正常生產(chǎn)生活秩序。

防汛搶險，刻不容緩。財政部、應急管理部1日緊急預撥1.1億元中央自然災害救災資金，支持京津冀地區(qū)做好防汛救災工作，由地方統(tǒng)籌用于應急搶險救援和受災群眾救助，重點做好搜救轉移安置受災人員、排危除險等應急處置、開展次生災害隱患排查和應急整治、倒損民房修復等工作。

連日來，華北、黃淮等地相關部門投入大量救援力量趕赴現(xiàn)場應急處置，及時調撥運送救災物資、轉移安置受災群眾、修復受損基礎設施，全力以赴抗擊汛情。

當前正值“七下八上”防汛關鍵期，各地區(qū)和有關部門務必高度重視、壓實責任，強化監(jiān)測預報預警，加強巡查值守，緊盯防汛重點部位，落實落細各項防汛措施，全力保障人民群眾生命財產(chǎn)安全和社會大局穩(wěn)定。

August remains a key month for the North to prevent floods. Party committees and governments at all levels must continue putting people and their lives above anything else. They should enhance flood monitoring, ferret out and address risks and vulnerabilities in a timely manner, and make detailed and tangible efforts in carrying out flood control and disaster relief measures. And they should make appropriate arrangements for those affected to ensure their safety.
