第二十三屆中國國際投資貿(mào)易洽談會將于9月8日至11日在福建廈門舉辦，預(yù)計(jì)有近100個國家和地區(qū)、約8萬名客商參加展會，巴西、塞爾維亞、卡塔爾三個國家擔(dān)任本屆投洽會的主賓國。

The 23rd China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) will be held from Sept. 8 to 11 in Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province. The fair is expected to attract about 80,000 merchants from nearly 100 countries and region. Brazil, Serbia and Qatar will be present as the guest countries of honor at this year's fair.

中國國際投資貿(mào)易洽談會（簡稱“投洽會”）致力于打造雙向投資促進(jìn)、權(quán)威信息發(fā)布和投資趨勢研討三大平臺，已經(jīng)成為全球最具影響力的國際投資盛會之一。

本屆洽談會主旨論壇以“投資中國 共創(chuàng)開放繁榮的美好未來”為主題，采用“1+1+3+N”的形式。其中，第一個“1”是舉辦一場外資企業(yè)圓桌會，第二個“1”是開展一場主題論壇，即福建專場推介活動，“3”是舉辦三場產(chǎn)業(yè)投資趨勢專題研討，分別聚焦綠色發(fā)展、智能制造、股權(quán)投資三大議題，“N”場配套活動，主要是專題信息發(fā)布和項(xiàng)目對接，包括外商投資促進(jìn)專題發(fā)布會，將發(fā)布《中國外資統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》《中國外商投資指引》《中國外商投資報(bào)告》等3份年度報(bào)告。投洽會期間還將舉辦“絲路海運(yùn)”國際合作論壇，發(fā)布《2023“絲路海運(yùn)”藍(lán)皮書》；舉辦海絲中央法務(wù)區(qū)論壇等系列活動，護(hù)航海上絲綢之路法治化營商環(huán)境建設(shè)；展示中菲、中印尼經(jīng)貿(mào)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展示范園區(qū)建設(shè)成果，宣介共建“一帶一路”新旗艦項(xiàng)目。

目前，已有近40位副部級以上的外國政府官員確認(rèn)出席，預(yù)計(jì)有近100個國家和地區(qū)、近1000個客商團(tuán)組、約8萬名客商參加展會。聯(lián)合國貿(mào)發(fā)會議等多個國際組織將參會，較往屆在數(shù)量和參與程度上均有提升。

我愿重申，中國擴(kuò)大高水平開放的決心不會變，中國開放的大門只會越開越大。中國將持續(xù)打造市場化法治化國際化營商環(huán)境，高水平實(shí)施《區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》，推動高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，為全球工商界提供更多市場機(jī)遇、投資機(jī)遇、增長機(jī)遇。

I wish to reiterate that China's resolve to open up at a high standard will not change, and that the door of China will open still wider to the world. China will continue to foster an enabling business environment that is based on market principles, governed by law and up to international standards. China will pursue high-standard implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and offer more market, investment and growth opportunities to the global business community.

建設(shè)更高水平開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)新體制是我們主動作為以開放促改革、促發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略舉措，要圍繞服務(wù)構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，以制度型開放為重點(diǎn)，聚焦投資、貿(mào)易、金融、創(chuàng)新等對外交流合作的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域深化體制機(jī)制改革，完善配套政策措施，積極主動把我國對外開放提高到新水平。

Establishing new systems for a higher-level open economy is a strategic measure to promote reform and development through opening up. Centering around fostering a new development pattern, institutional opening up should be the focus when it comes to further reform of systems and mechanisms in such key areas for international exchange and opening up as investment, trade, finance, and innovation, so as to improve supporting policies and measures, and proactively elevate the country's opening up to a higher level.
