2023年國家網(wǎng)絡安全宣傳周由中央宣傳部、中央網(wǎng)信辦、教育部、工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部、中國人民銀行、國家廣播電視總局、全國總工會、共青團中央、全國婦聯(lián)等部門聯(lián)合舉辦。宣傳周主題為“網(wǎng)絡安全為人民，網(wǎng)絡安全靠人民”，將在全國范圍內(nèi)持續(xù)開展至9月17日。圍繞黨的十八大以來網(wǎng)絡安全領域取得的重大成就開展主題宣傳活動，通過論壇、研討、展覽、競賽等形式，黨政機關、科研機構(gòu)、高校、企業(yè)、社會組織、群眾等各方力量廣泛參與網(wǎng)絡安全宣傳活動，全面營造全社會共筑網(wǎng)絡安全防線的濃厚氛圍。
網(wǎng)絡安全宣傳周期間，將圍繞關鍵信息基礎設施安全保護、云計算服務安全、汽車數(shù)據(jù)安全、網(wǎng)絡安全標準與實踐、青少年網(wǎng)絡保護、網(wǎng)絡安全服務產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等主題舉辦14場分論壇和主題活動。還將舉辦校園日、電信日、法治日、金融日、青少年日、個人信息保護日等主題日活動，以及網(wǎng)絡安全進社區(qū)、進農(nóng)村、進企業(yè)、進機關、進校園、進家庭等宣傳普及活動，推動提升全社會網(wǎng)絡安全意識和防護技能。

黨的十八大以來，我國網(wǎng)絡安全和信息化事業(yè)取得重大成就，黨對網(wǎng)信工作的領導全面加強，網(wǎng)絡空間主流思想輿論鞏固壯大，網(wǎng)絡綜合治理體系基本建成，網(wǎng)絡安全保障體系和能力持續(xù)提升，網(wǎng)信領域科技自立自強步伐加快，信息化驅(qū)動引領作用有效發(fā)揮，網(wǎng)絡空間法治化程度不斷提高，網(wǎng)絡空間國際話語權(quán)和影響力明顯增強，網(wǎng)絡強國建設邁出新步伐。

The overall leadership of the Party has been strengthened over the internet and information technology sector, the mainstream public opinion in cyberspace has been consolidated and developed, a comprehensive internet governance system has been basically formed, and the capacity and system for safeguarding cyber security has been improving. China has accelerated the efforts to build self-reliance and strength in internet and information technology, the leading role of information technology as a driving force for development has been given full play, the rule of law in cyberspace has been constantly improved, a greater say in international affairs and influence in cyberspace has been gained and strengthened, making a new leap forward in building China into a country with strong cyber strength.
