國家醫(yī)療保障局最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2023年1至12月，基本醫(yī)療保險基金（含生育保險）總收入27110.66億元。

國家醫(yī)保局官網(wǎng)發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2023年1至12月，在基本醫(yī)療保險基金收入方面，職工基本醫(yī)療保險基金（含生育保險）收入16636.07億元，城鄉(xiāng)居民基本醫(yī)療保險基金收入10474.59億元。2023年1至12月，職工基本醫(yī)療保險基金（含生育保險）支出11620.58億元，其中生育保險基金待遇支出1069.10億元；城鄉(xiāng)居民基本醫(yī)療保險基金支出10422.53億元。

醫(yī)?；鹗抢习傩盏目床【让X。醫(yī)保基金使用安全涉及廣大群眾的切身利益，關(guān)系醫(yī)療保障制度健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。2021年1月15日，《醫(yī)療保障基金使用監(jiān)督管理條例》正式頒發(fā)，解決了此前基金監(jiān)管面臨如何依法行政、科學(xué)執(zhí)法的問題，以及監(jiān)督檢查程序和措施缺少明確規(guī)定，各地標準不盡統(tǒng)一，處罰時自由裁量權(quán)較大等問題。國家醫(yī)保局將強化基金監(jiān)管高壓態(tài)勢，發(fā)揮好治理醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域腐敗問題的“探照燈”作用，聯(lián)合多部門聚焦重點領(lǐng)域開展專項治理。
