據(jù)國家醫(yī)保局介紹，國家醫(yī)保藥品目錄品種范圍實(shí)現(xiàn)全國基本統(tǒng)一，目錄內(nèi)西藥和中成藥由國家層面統(tǒng)一確定和管理，支付范圍全國統(tǒng)一。

China has unified the catalog of medicines covered by medical insurance across the country to ensure that all medicines in the catalog are placed under a unified management and payment policy, according to the National Healthcare Security Administration.

醫(yī)保藥品目錄是醫(yī)?；鹚Ц顿M(fèi)用的藥品范圍，目錄內(nèi)品種包括西藥、中成藥、中藥飲片等?，F(xiàn)行版國家醫(yī)保藥品目錄中，共計(jì)有3088種西藥和中成藥，以及892種中藥飲片。國家醫(yī)保藥品目錄品種范圍實(shí)現(xiàn)全國基本統(tǒng)一，不僅體現(xiàn)了制度公平，也有利于異地就醫(yī)直接結(jié)算等工作。

國家醫(yī)保局成立后，建立了動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制，每年將一些新上市的新藥、好藥增補(bǔ)進(jìn)入目錄，已累計(jì)納入藥品744種，目錄內(nèi)西藥和中成藥數(shù)量從2017年的2535種，增加至目前的3088種，保障水平顯著提升。統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示，目前全國公立醫(yī)院采購的藥品中，目錄內(nèi)品種的采購金額占比已超過90%。
