中國(guó)與新加坡數(shù)字政策對(duì)話機(jī)制日前召開第一次會(huì)議。雙方將通過(guò)中新數(shù)字政策對(duì)話機(jī)制搭建平臺(tái)，便利企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)跨境流動(dòng)，培育壯大數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)新業(yè)態(tài)新模式，推動(dòng)數(shù)字貿(mào)易高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

On the inaugural meeting of a bilateral digital policy dialogue mechanism, China and Singapore agreed to use the mechanism as a platform to facilitate cross-border flow of enterprises' data, foster new industries and models of the digital economy, and promote the high-quality development of digital trade.

通過(guò)此次對(duì)話，中新兩國(guó)希望加強(qiáng)在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的合作，共同應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮發(fā)展。中新在數(shù)字領(lǐng)域的合作關(guān)系長(zhǎng)久且不斷加強(qiáng)，涉足多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。對(duì)話機(jī)制是建立在中新多方面伙伴關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上，為提升兩國(guó)合作提供了一個(gè)重要平臺(tái)，使伙伴關(guān)系發(fā)展系統(tǒng)化。此次對(duì)話的成功舉行，標(biāo)志著中新兩國(guó)在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的合作進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的階段。

面對(duì)新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革浪潮，我們要著眼長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)、把握機(jī)遇、乘勢(shì)而上，推進(jìn)數(shù)字化、智能化、綠色化轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展，共同強(qiáng)化科技創(chuàng)新和成果轉(zhuǎn)化，推進(jìn)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合。要攜手完善全球科技治理，強(qiáng)化科技創(chuàng)新對(duì)綠色化數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的支撐，營(yíng)造開放、公平、公正、非歧視的科技發(fā)展環(huán)境。

Facing a new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, we should look beyond the horizon, seize the opportunities, and move along with the trend to promote transition to digital, smart and green development. We should jointly boost innovation and market application of scientific and technological advances, and push forward full integration of digital and physical economies. We should jointly improve global governance of science and technology, bolster support for green and digital transition and sustainable development through innovation, and build an open, fair, just and non-discriminatory environment for the development of science and technology.
