在本期《經(jīng)典菜肴》中，讓我們來(lái)"品嘗"一下三明治。這個(gè)可以算是最簡(jiǎn)單的英國(guó)"菜"，名字來(lái)源于18世紀(jì)英國(guó)的貴族三明治伯爵四世。據(jù)說(shuō)當(dāng)時(shí)他特別喜歡打撲克，兩片面包夾著肉片成了他喜歡吃的點(diǎn)心，既能填飽肚子，又不會(huì)弄臟手和他的撲克牌。后來(lái)他的朋友們都學(xué)他點(diǎn)這道菜，三明治的名字也就叫開(kāi)了。那么現(xiàn)在英國(guó)人對(duì)三明治的看法是什么？哪些三明治最暢銷呢？

The sandwich is said to get its name from the fourth Earl of Sandwich in the 18th century. He enjoyed playing cards and instead of stopping for a full meal, he put some meat in-between two slices of bread so his fingers wouldn't get greasy when eating.
