 兩岸“直航包機(jī)”7月4日開始

國民黨副主席江丙坤內(nèi)定臺灣海基會董事長，由他召集的“兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)議題項目小組會議”4月14日端出兩岸開放的具體內(nèi)容與時間表。兩岸直航時間定在7月4日，每周五至周一對飛。初期以桃園、小港為對口航點，飛航北京、上海、廣州及廈門4個機(jī)場。

The weekend charter flights across the Taiwan Strait will begin on the first weekend in July, and flights will be arranged from Friday to Monday. It is expected (that) direct charter flights will operate daily before the end of the year.
兩岸周末包機(jī)將于7月的第一個周末首航，每周五至周一都有航班。今年年底之前有望實現(xiàn)每日包機(jī)直航。
該報道中，charter flight 指an aircraft flight that has been arranged and paid for by an individual or group for a specific trip，就是“包機(jī)”的意思，weekend charter flight 是“周末包機(jī)”，direct charter flight 就是“直航包機(jī)”。
Charter在這里是形容詞，意為of or pertaining to a method of travel in which the transportation is specially leased or hired for members of a group or association，即“包租的”；它也可以用作動詞，表示“包租…”之意。
