最近有沒有看“華妃娘娘”蔣欣對嘴模仿金星老師的視頻？什么？不知對嘴為何物？那你可OUT了！去年底，德國三位開發(fā)人員推出一款叫做Dubsmash的app，用戶可以聽著影視片段的音頻錄制對口型的視頻，分享到社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)，一上線便受熱捧。最近，國內(nèi)類似app小咖秀，也因為各路明星的參與火遍網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

Dubsmash is a new mobile app that lets you record a video of yourself, synced to a preselected sound clip, such as a well-known quote from a movie or a popular song, and then share the video on the social media.
Dubsmash是一款新的移動應(yīng)用程序，你可以在這個程序里選定一段音頻，比如知名電影里的一段臺詞或者流行歌曲里的幾句歌詞，然后通過對口型的方式錄制一段對應(yīng)的表演視頻，并將其分享到社交媒體。

看了上面的描述，大家有沒有覺得這個應(yīng)用很熟悉？對啦，最近在國內(nèi)社交媒體上大火的“小咖秀”就是與Dubsmash很相似的一款應(yīng)用。我們先來欣賞一段明星小咖秀的視頻。

When Dubsmash founders, Jonas Drüppel, Roland Grenke and Daniel Taschik, created the app, they had an inkling they were on to something. But, after failing to conquer the iOS app store twice before, they couldn't have known for certain that they had a smash hit on their hands.

There's obvious potential copyright issues inherent in Dubsmash, since the majority of uploaded sounds are from unlicensed content, namely TV and film sound clips.
由于大部分上傳的音頻都是從未授權(quán)的電視和電影中截取的內(nèi)容，所以該應(yīng)用可能面臨版權(quán)問題。

Thus far, however, this hasn't been a problem, says Grenke. Should that change, the startup plans to work within a ‘take-down notice' model when a license holder complains.
不過，開發(fā)人員羅蘭德說目前為止還沒有出現(xiàn)版權(quán)問題。一旦情況有變，如果有版權(quán)方投訴，他們就實行“下架通知”模式。
