第八輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話6月7日在北京結(jié)束。中方與美方一道，就兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重點(diǎn)議題，開展了坦誠深入的溝通，雙方在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域達(dá)成了六十多項(xiàng)成果。

中美年度高端對(duì)話于周二（6月7日）結(jié)束，取得了廣泛的伙伴合作意向，顯示了雙方拓展合作，處理分歧的強(qiáng)烈愿望。

中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話（US-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue）是中華人民共和國和美利堅(jiān)合眾國兩國間的定期高層對(duì)話機(jī)制，討論包括雙邊、地區(qū)和全球政治、戰(zhàn)略、安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)議題（bilateral, regional and global political, strategic, security, and economic issues）。該對(duì)話機(jī)制是由中國國家主席胡錦濤和美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬2009年4月1日在倫敦會(huì)晤時(shí)一致同意建立的。首輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話于2009年7月27日開幕，次日閉幕。對(duì)話地點(diǎn)每年在兩國首都之間輪換。

今年的戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話涉及的議題包括：宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策（macroeconomic policy）、投資協(xié)議（investment treaty）、工業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩（industrial overcapacity）以及貿(mào)易糾紛（trade disputes）等。

【對(duì)話成果亮點(diǎn)】

1. 雙邊關(guān)系（Bilateral Cooperation）

雙方?jīng)Q定繼續(xù)按照兩國元首達(dá)成的共識(shí)，拓展合作，縮小分歧，推進(jìn)中美新型大國關(guān)系建設(shè)。
The two sides decided to expand cooperation while narrowing differences in order to promote the building of a new model of relations between China and the United States, in accordance with the consensus reached by the two Heads of State.

重申共同致力于落實(shí)兩國兩軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人共識(shí)，加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控措施和共同感興趣領(lǐng)域的務(wù)實(shí)合作，推進(jìn)兩國國防部門就發(fā)展兩軍關(guān)系達(dá)成的成果。
The two sides reaffirm their commitment to implement the consensus reached by their state and military leaders respectively, and advance the outcomes produced between the two defense authorities on promoting military-to-military relations by reducing risk and deepening practical cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

雙方?jīng)Q定深化在預(yù)防公共腐敗和打擊跨國賄賂、查找腐敗公款、拒絕成為犯罪分子及其資產(chǎn)的避風(fēng)港、資產(chǎn)返還等領(lǐng)域的合作。
The two sides decided to deepen cooperation on preventing official corruption and combatting transnational bribery, detecting embezzled public funds, denying safe haven for criminals and the proceeds of their crime, and recovering assets.

2. 應(yīng)對(duì)地區(qū)和全球性挑戰(zhàn)（Addressing Regional and Global Challenges）

譴責(zé)一切形式的恐怖主義，決定繼續(xù)合作應(yīng)對(duì)恐怖組織構(gòu)成的全球性威脅。
China and the United States condemn all forms of terrorism and decided to continue their cooperation to counter the global threat posed by terrorist organizations.

決定加強(qiáng)在亞太事務(wù)上的對(duì)話，并加強(qiáng)在亞太經(jīng)合組織、東亞峰會(huì)、東盟地區(qū)論壇等地區(qū)多邊機(jī)制框架下的合作。
The two sides decided to intensify their dialogue on Asia-Pacific affairs and to strengthen cooperation in multilateral mechanisms in the region, including APEC, the East Asia Summit, and the ASEAN Regional Forum.

3. 氣候變化和能源合作（Cooperation on Climate Change and Energy）

基于2016年3月中美元首氣候變化聯(lián)合聲明，重申雙方致力于共同努力，并與其他締約方一道推動(dòng)《巴黎協(xié)定》全面實(shí)施，包括通過有關(guān)的工作計(jì)劃。
Building on the March 2016 Joint Presidential Statement on Climate Change, China and the United Statesreiterated their commitment to work together and with others to promote the effective implementation of the Paris Agreement, including through relevant work programs.

4. 環(huán)保合作（Cooperation on Environmental Protection）

中國環(huán)保部和美國環(huán)保局深化了空氣質(zhì)量改善方面的合作。
The Ministry of Environmental Protection of China ( MEP) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) deepened their cooperation to improve air quality.

5. 海洋合作（Maritime Cooperation）

重申進(jìn)一步保護(hù)和養(yǎng)護(hù)世界海洋的承諾。
China and the United States reaffirmed their commitments to further the protection and conservation of the world's ocean.

重申對(duì)提高海上專業(yè)精神與規(guī)范海上行為的承諾。
China and the United States reaffirmed their commitment to promoting maritime professionalism and conduct at sea.

6. 交通合作（Cooperation on Transportation）

為了建立更加有效和安全的航空系統(tǒng)，并認(rèn)識(shí)到中美旅游年倡議，決定加強(qiáng)雙方在航空安保方面的合作。
To further an effective and secure aviation system, and in recognition of the U.S.-China Tourism Year initiative, China and the United Statesdecided to enhance their cooperation on aviation security.

7. 科技、衛(wèi)生和農(nóng)業(yè)合作（Cooperation on Science, Technology, Health, and Agriculture）

8. 中國同意給予美國2500億元人民幣（相當(dāng)于380億美元）合格境外投資者的額度，并制定中美各一家符合條件的銀行作為人民幣清算行。
China agreed to grant the US 250 billion yuan ($38 billion) under the Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor program and assign one qualified bank in each nation as a RMB clearance bank.
