3月3日下午，2019年兩會(huì)首場(chǎng)“部長(zhǎng)通道”“委員通道”開(kāi)啟。與往年一樣，今年部長(zhǎng)們直面熱點(diǎn)，回應(yīng)關(guān)切。

【小知識(shí)：什么是“部長(zhǎng)通道”？】

在人民大會(huì)堂北大廳，有一段長(zhǎng)約百米的通道，是列席全國(guó)兩會(huì)的國(guó)務(wù)院各部委主要負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)出會(huì)場(chǎng)的主要通道，也被媒體稱(chēng)為“部長(zhǎng)通道”。

近年來(lái)，部長(zhǎng)們常在這里接受短暫采訪，傳達(dá)重要訊息，使“部長(zhǎng)通道”逐漸成為全國(guó)兩會(huì)最受矚目的環(huán)節(jié)之一。

中國(guó)民用航空局局長(zhǎng)馮正霖：將不斷提升民航服務(wù)品質(zhì)

Feng Zhenglin, head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, said the country's aviation sector will boost efforts to provide higher quality services, as well as improved safety and accessibility.

中國(guó)民用航空局局長(zhǎng)馮正霖說(shuō)，中國(guó)民航部門(mén)將不斷提升服務(wù)品質(zhì)，使民航安全工作平穩(wěn)可控，提升民航正常率。

The on-time rate of national flights reached 80.13 percent, the highest level since 2010. Passengers also saw more quality services at airports with a paperless ticketing drive, a better ticket change and refund system and wi-fi coverage on about 300 planes, Feng said.

去年國(guó)內(nèi)航班的正常率達(dá)到了80.13%，是近十年來(lái)最好的水平。民航旅客在機(jī)場(chǎng)還體驗(yàn)到了更高品質(zhì)的服務(wù)，包括“無(wú)紙化”出行和更高效的退換票系統(tǒng)，現(xiàn)在大概有300架飛機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了空中上網(wǎng)。

生態(tài)環(huán)境部部長(zhǎng)李干杰：污染治理取得進(jìn)展，但仍面臨挑戰(zhàn)

China has been successful in fulfilling the targets set in the 13th five-year plan (2016-20) in air and water pollution control, and will resolutely move forward in its ecological progress in spite of the still grim situation, Li Ganjie, the minister of ecology and environment said.

生態(tài)環(huán)境部部長(zhǎng)李干杰說(shuō)，大氣污染治理和水污染治理都達(dá)到了“十三五”規(guī)劃的進(jìn)度要求。當(dāng)前污染防治攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)面臨的困難和問(wèn)題還不少，但將堅(jiān)決推進(jìn)。

China is moving ahead in the right direction in pollution control. But the situation remains grim and the country still faces many challenges in further promoting its ecological progress, Li noted, citing the ongoing haze in Beijing as an example.

李干杰指出，我們污染治理的方向和路子是對(duì)的，是正確的。但與此同時(shí)，當(dāng)前污染防治攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)面臨的困難和問(wèn)題還不少，挑戰(zhàn)還很多、還很大。北京這幾天的霧霾污染天氣就足以充分說(shuō)明這一點(diǎn)。
