中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)黨的建設(shè)工作會(huì)議7月9日在北京召開。中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平出席會(huì)議并發(fā)表重要講話。

他強(qiáng)調(diào)，新形勢(shì)下，中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)要以黨的政治建設(shè)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，著力深化理論武裝，著力夯實(shí)基層基礎(chǔ)，著力推進(jìn)正風(fēng)肅紀(jì)，全面提高中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)黨的建設(shè)質(zhì)量，在深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的思想理論上作表率，在始終同黨中央保持高度一致上作表率，在堅(jiān)決貫徹落實(shí)黨中央各項(xiàng)決策部署上作表率，建設(shè)讓黨中央放心、讓人民群眾滿意的模范機(jī)關(guān)。

習(xí)近平在講話中指出，中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)黨的建設(shè)必須走在前、作表率，深化全面從嚴(yán)治黨、進(jìn)行自我革命，必須從中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)嚴(yán)起、從機(jī)關(guān)黨建抓起。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，黨的十八大以來(lái)，中央和國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)黨的建設(shè)取得了顯著成績(jī)。

習(xí)近平指出，必須正確處理干凈和擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)系，決不能把反腐敗當(dāng)成不擔(dān)當(dāng)、不作為的借口。
