當(dāng)前，全球制造業(yè)正經(jīng)歷深刻變革，各國(guó)需要增強(qiáng)制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力，推動(dòng)制造業(yè)質(zhì)量變革、效率變革、動(dòng)力變革。中國(guó)高度重視制造業(yè)發(fā)展，堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，把推動(dòng)制造業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展作為構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的重要一環(huán)。
The global manufacturing sector is undergoing profound reforms, and it is important for different countries to improve their innovation capacity in the sector and promote reform in quality, efficiency and impetus. 在新科技帶來(lái)的新機(jī)遇面前，每個(gè)國(guó)家都有平等發(fā)展權(quán)利。潮流來(lái)了，跟不上就會(huì)落后，就會(huì)被淘汰。我們能夠做的和應(yīng)該做的就是要搶抓機(jī)遇，加大創(chuàng)新投入，著力培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換。要全力推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，消除一切不利于創(chuàng)新的體制機(jī)制障礙，充分激發(fā)創(chuàng)新潛能和市場(chǎng)活力。
In the face of new opportunities brought by new science and technology, every country has an equal right to development. Those who fail to keep abreast of the trend of the times will fall behind and become irrelevant. What we can and should do is to seize opportunities, increase input in innovation, focus on creating new areas of growth and replace old growth drivers with new ones. We should endeavor to advance structural reform, remove all institutional barriers to innovation and fully unlock innovation potential and energize the market.
