文化和旅游部表示，2019年文化和旅游扶貧工作扎實推進，為貧困地區(qū)村文化活動室購置設(shè)備、送戲下鄉(xiāng)等一系列幫扶項目有力實施，豐富了村民生活。
China made solid progress in reducing poverty through the promotion of culture and tourism in poor areas in 2019, said the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. A series of programs have been implemented such as funding cultural activity facilities in poor villages and bringing traditional Chinese opera performances to the countryside to enrich villagers' lives, said the ministry.

2019年，文化和旅游系統(tǒng)有力為打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)貢獻文化力量、旅游力量。其中包括：為貧困地區(qū)村文化活動室購置設(shè)備、送戲下鄉(xiāng)、“春雨工程”等惠民項目；實施國家院團支持幫扶機制，國家藝術(shù)基金對扶貧題材藝術(shù)作品予以重點支持；投入資金3571萬元，支持設(shè)立263家非遺扶貧就業(yè)工坊等；為“三區(qū)三州”240個重點貧困村編制旅游規(guī)劃，推出“三區(qū)三州”旅游大環(huán)線并組織系列推廣；支持“三區(qū)三州”等深度貧困地區(qū)旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目329個，投入資金32.65億元等。
2020年是全面建成小康社會和“十三五”規(guī)劃收官之年，脫貧攻堅工作已經(jīng)進入決戰(zhàn)決勝的關(guān)鍵階段。文化和旅游部相關(guān)司局和直屬單位要進一步提高思想認(rèn)識，強化責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)，以深度貧困地區(qū)和定點扶貧縣為重點，立足自身優(yōu)勢，聚焦藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、旅游扶貧、消費扶貧、非遺扶貧等重點領(lǐng)域，扎實推進重點工作，狠抓工作落實。

堅持大扶貧格局，注重扶貧同扶志、扶智相結(jié)合，深入實施東西部扶貧協(xié)作，重點攻克深度貧困地區(qū)脫貧任務(wù)，確保到二〇二〇年我國現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下農(nóng)村貧困人口實現(xiàn)脫貧，貧困縣全部摘帽，解決區(qū)域性整體貧困，做到脫真貧、真脫貧。
We will continue to advance poverty reduction drawing on the joint efforts of government, society, and the market. We will pay particular attention to helping people increase confidence in their own ability to lift themselves out of poverty and see that they can access the education they need to do so. We will strengthen collaboration on poverty alleviation between the eastern and western regions; and we will provide focused assistance to areas of extreme poverty. We must ensure that by the year 2020, all rural residents living below the current poverty line have been lifted out of poverty, and poverty is eliminated in all poor counties and regions. Poverty alleviation should reach those who truly need it and deliver genuine outcomes.
