中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平10日在北京調(diào)研指導(dǎo)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，當(dāng)前疫情形勢(shì)仍然十分嚴(yán)峻，各級(jí)黨委和政府要堅(jiān)決貫徹黨中央關(guān)于疫情防控各項(xiàng)決策部署，堅(jiān)決貫徹堅(jiān)定信心、同舟共濟(jì)、科學(xué)防治、精準(zhǔn)施策的總要求，再接再厲、英勇斗爭(zhēng)，以更堅(jiān)定的信心、更頑強(qiáng)的意志、更果斷的措施，緊緊依靠人民群眾，堅(jiān)決把疫情擴(kuò)散蔓延勢(shì)頭遏制住，堅(jiān)決打贏疫情防控的人民戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、總體戰(zhàn)、阻擊戰(zhàn)。

10日下午，習(xí)近平在中共中央政治局委員、北京市委書記蔡奇和市長(zhǎng)陳吉寧陪同下，深入社區(qū)、醫(yī)院、疾控中心，了解基層疫情防控工作情況，并視頻連線湖北武漢抗擊肺炎疫情前線，給全國(guó)奮戰(zhàn)在疫情防控一線的醫(yī)務(wù)工作者和廣大干部職工送去黨中央的關(guān)懷和慰問(wèn)。

He first went to the Anhuali Community in Chaoyang District to learn about the epidemic prevention and control at the primary level and stressed the role of community in effectively containing the spread of the epidemic.
習(xí)近平首先來(lái)到北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)安貞街道安華里社區(qū)，了解基層一線疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控情況。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，社區(qū)是疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控的第一線，也是外防輸入、內(nèi)防擴(kuò)散最有效的防線。

At Beijing Ditan Hospital, a designated institution treating the novel coronavirus pneumonia, Xi checked the treatment of hospitalized patients at the monitoring center and talked to medical staff on duty via a video link. Xi called on medical staff to continue to improve the diagnosis and treatment plan, save patients at all costs and reminded them to take good self-protection.
習(xí)近平來(lái)到新冠肺炎患者定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院地壇醫(yī)院門診樓一層運(yùn)行監(jiān)控中心，通過(guò)監(jiān)控畫面察看患者住院診療情況，并視頻連線正在病房值班的醫(yī)務(wù)人員，鼓勵(lì)他們繼續(xù)完善診療方案，繼續(xù)全力以赴救治患者，并叮囑他們做好自我防護(hù)。

At the hospital, Xi talked to frontline medical workers in three hospitals in Wuhan receiving infected patients with a telemedicine system, encouraging them to resolutely carry on the fight to defend the city, capital of Hubei.
在地壇醫(yī)院遠(yuǎn)程診療中心，習(xí)近平通過(guò)視頻連線武漢市收治新冠肺炎患者的金銀潭醫(yī)院、協(xié)和醫(yī)院、火神山醫(yī)院，鼓勵(lì)廣大醫(yī)務(wù)工作者全力以赴救治患者，打好武漢保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)、湖北保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)。

Xi expressed deep condolences to those who died from the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak and extended sympathy to their bereaved families and stressed that the whole Party, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in China should stand together with the people of Hubei and Wuhan.
習(xí)近平向在這次疫情中不幸病亡的群眾表示深切的悼念，向患病者及其家屬、病亡者家屬表示誠(chéng)摯的慰問(wèn)。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，全黨全軍全國(guó)各族人民都同湖北和武漢人民站在一起。

"Wuhan is a heroic city, and people of Hubei and Wuhan are heroic people who have never been crushed by any difficulty and danger in history," Xi said, speaking to officials fighting the epidemic in Hubei in a video-conference.
習(xí)近平在視頻會(huì)議中指出，武漢是英雄的城市，湖北人民、武漢人民是英雄的人民，歷史上從來(lái)沒(méi)有被艱難險(xiǎn)阻壓垮過(guò)。

Noting that Hubei and Wuhan are the top priority for epidemic prevention and control, Xi called for greater efforts in hospital admission, treatment, social management, public communication and unified commanding in the epidemic prevention and control work. He also urged more caring for the frontline medical personnel.
習(xí)近平指出，湖北和武漢是疫情防控的重中之重，是打贏疫情防控阻擊戰(zhàn)的決勝之地。一是要堅(jiān)決做到應(yīng)收盡收。二是要全力做好救治工作。三是要全面加強(qiáng)社會(huì)面管控。四是要加強(qiáng)輿論引導(dǎo)工作。五是要加強(qiáng)疫情防控工作的統(tǒng)一指揮。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，要關(guān)心關(guān)愛(ài)廣大醫(yī)務(wù)人員。

Leaving the hospital, Xi went to the center for disease control and prevention of Chaoyang District. Xi presided over a meeting and listened to report on the epidemic prevention and control work of Beijing.
離開(kāi)地壇醫(yī)院，習(xí)近平來(lái)到朝陽(yáng)區(qū)疾病預(yù)防控制中心調(diào)研，習(xí)近平主持召開(kāi)會(huì)議，聽(tīng)取北京市疫情防控工作情況匯報(bào)。

Xi highlighted the urgency of putting in place targeted measures to address the rising risk of epidemic spread following the post-festival travel peak, called for efforts to work out more effective treatment plans to reduce the rates of infection and mortality and demanded resolute punishments on illegal activities such as price gouging.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，當(dāng)務(wù)之急是針對(duì)節(jié)后返京人流逐步增加、疫情蔓延風(fēng)險(xiǎn)劇增的形勢(shì)，有針對(duì)性地制定應(yīng)對(duì)措施。習(xí)近平指出，要加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療救治，在降低感染率和病亡率上拿出更多有效治療方案。要堅(jiān)決打擊哄抬物價(jià)等違法犯罪行為。

Xi stressed that the fundamentals of China's long-term economic development remain unchanged and the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic on the economy is short-lived.
習(xí)近平指出，要堅(jiān)定信心，看到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期向好的基本面沒(méi)有變，疫情的沖擊只是短期的。

He called for greater efforts to minimize the impact of the epidemic on the economy and reach goals and tasks of economic and social development this year. Close attention must be paid to employment and large-scale layoffs should be avoided, he added.
要加強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行調(diào)度，盡可能降低疫情對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，努力完成今年經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)任務(wù)。特別是要高度關(guān)注就業(yè)問(wèn)題，防止出現(xiàn)大規(guī)模裁員。
