近日，民航局宣布民航行李全流程跟蹤系統(tǒng)試點(diǎn)航線試點(diǎn)成功。

China has started a pilot project for whole-journey luggage tracking systems at six major airports, according to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). These airports include Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport, and Shanghai Hongqiao, Guangzhou Baiyun, Shenzhen Bao'an and Chongqing Jiangbei airports.
民航局表示，我國已經(jīng)在六家大型機(jī)場啟動行李全流程跟蹤系統(tǒng)試點(diǎn)。這六家機(jī)場包括北京首都國際機(jī)場，北京大興國際機(jī)場，上海虹橋、廣州白云、深圳寶安以及重慶江北機(jī)場。

【單詞講解】

在機(jī)場提取行李的時候，我們經(jīng)常會看到baggage claim或者luggage claim這樣的標(biāo)識牌，由此可見這兩個詞在表示“行李”的時候是可以互相替換使用的，只不過baggage這個詞在美式英語中更加常用。此外，baggage這個詞還可以用來表示無形的“精神包袱”，比如，emotional baggage（情緒負(fù)擔(dān)）、personal baggage（個人負(fù)擔(dān)）等，而luggage則沒有這一層意思。

目前，旅客可以通過上述試點(diǎn)機(jī)場官方APP、微信小程序、航顯屏和自助查詢機(jī)等多種途徑，對進(jìn)出港行李進(jìn)行全程追蹤（whole-journey tracking）。旅客只要通過輸入行李牌號碼、身份證號或掃描行李條碼等方式，便可查詢到托運(yùn)（check-in）、安檢（security check）、分揀（sorting）、裝車運(yùn)輸（truck loading）、裝機(jī)（aircraft loading）、到達(dá)（luggage arrival）等多個行李節(jié)點(diǎn)，實(shí)時掌握行李軌跡（realtime tracking）。

民航局于2020年1月在上海組織召開了民航行李全流程跟蹤系統(tǒng)試點(diǎn)工作啟動會，明確了“連點(diǎn)成線、連線成網(wǎng)、逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)”的項目實(shí)施思路和方案。

According to a three-step plan, by the end of 2021, the CAAC will push forward the application of whole-journey luggage tracking on all domestic air routes in mega airports with an annual passenger throughput of at least 10 million. By the end of 2025, the service will be applied on all domestic air routes, and extend to some international routes, according to the plan.
根據(jù)“三步走”戰(zhàn)略，2021年年底全國千萬級機(jī)場間國內(nèi)航線將實(shí)現(xiàn)行李全流程跟蹤，2025年年底將實(shí)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)航線全覆蓋和國際航線有突破。

As of mid-May, three air routes and six major airports across the country were capable of providing services for passengers to track luggage during their whole journey, said the CAAC.
民航局介紹，截至5月中旬，全國已有三條航線、六家機(jī)場（即“三線六點(diǎn)”）能夠為旅客提供行李全流程追蹤服務(wù)。
