“雙循環(huán)”發(fā)展格局 a "dual circulation" development pattern

中共中央政治局召開會議，分析研究當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟形勢，部署下半年經(jīng)濟工作。會議指出，當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟形勢不穩(wěn)定性不確定性較大，我們遇到的很多問題是中長期的，必須加快形成以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進的新發(fā)展格局。
At a meeting held to analyze the economic situation and plan for the second half of the year, the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee said China still faces uncertain situations and problems that are likely to exist in the medium and long run, and urged the country to accelerate the establishment of a "dual circulation" development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement.

基礎(chǔ)研究 basic research

科技部表示，我國通過政府引導(dǎo)、央地聯(lián)動等方式大幅提升基礎(chǔ)研究投入。基礎(chǔ)研究投入從2015年的716億元增長到2019年的1335.6億元，年均增幅達到16.9%，大大高于全社會研發(fā)投入的增幅。
Through government support and coordination of enterprises and social entities, China has substantially increased funding for basic research. China's investment in basic research increased from 71.6 billion yuan in 2015 to 133.56 billion yuan in 2019, with an average annual growth rate of 16.9 percent, much higher than that of the spending on research and development, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
